Incomplete order and no response

Received an incomplete order, many months ago. Had no other option, after trying to contact them often, but to charge back.

The products are fine, but the company is completely unreliable. They never sent the rest of the order.

I received an incomplete order and the customer service doesn't answer me.
I got half of my order shipped so I immediately sent a mail to the customer service. I'm already waiting days for an simple anwer.
These are very poor business practices and I feel scammed.

I bought white PLA +. But there are problems with adherence to the hot bed. Tested from 75 ° to 80 ° but in some areas it comes off.

My go to for repeatable quality

I have used Sunlu filament in the past and made the mistake on going to another company, IIID filament, and I got a pile of crap with warped spools and inconsistent wrapping on the spools, lesson learned.... My rolls of Sunlu filament are always consistent and the quality is excellent. They are my go to company for filament now and always!! Thank you Sunlu.
