They keep removing comments on instagram, ignoring emails, and then posting that they are having mental health issues and getting back to their work soon, which makes me feel bad, but then I still don't get anything!! Don't order from them unless you want your stuff to take forever and nothing but excuses
Very interesting to read the review already available below, as this was exactly my experience! Ordered a print on 21st November as a Christmas present. It never arrived. Emailed the seller - no response. DM'd them on Instagram - no response. Wrote on their public page which was of course immediately removed, though they commented on this mentioning professionalism (lol - irony) and saying if I emailed again they would reply. I did and once again was ignored. Started a case with Paypal who of course decided in my favour and refunded me. Avoid at all costs!
This is the art print shop for the user "sunlightafterdark" on Instagram. I ordered an order around 3 months ago now, which never arrived and had no tracking. I contacted the artist and they claimed to resend the order, but that was not received either.
The artist has shut down the shop, removed the ability to comment on all of their posts, and is unresponsive to messages. I feel this implies they were running a scam with no intention of shipping out orders until there is evidence to the contrary.
