New business application was really long too process. My agent is good since she made all the necessary thing to do for this to be issued. But TAT for new business is really too long.

I am satisfied

I am satisfied with the agent, the product, how I was being informed. Only thing is I have received survey first before receiving the actual policy. Upto now have not receive the contract policy to review.
