They did not deliver and canceled the…
They did not deliver and canceled the order. The reson the gave was wrong. The had the wrong prive in the webshop. Even 2 days after the cancellation it was still possible to buy it for that price.

My order is still not delivered
Well I have ordered almost a month ago and delivery has not been delivered yet. I wrote at least 10 email and now nobody is even reacting.

10 solar panels delivered as described.
Ordered 10 solar panels.
Delivery time was not mentioned but after one email vendor answered very quickly with a shipping date of June 21st. (~10 days for delivery) Panels were delivered as promised on the 21st.

Bad communication, not reliable.
I order a converter at sun green energy with delivery date end of february 2023. When I called them beginning of march I found out that the delivery date is expected for end of april with a high probability that it will be even later. From sun green energy I would not have gotten any information about the delay.
Luckily I chose Klarna as payment method, however I also had to inform them that the order will be delayed.
Then I found another converter at a different supplier with earlier delivery date and planned to order it there. I got the confirmation from sun green energy that I could cancel the order. I wrote the mail accordingly 3 weeks ago. Until know I didn't receive a confirmation, nobody picks up the phone when I call sun green energy and Klarna still can not clear the account for the new ordering since they still expect the order from sun green energy. It's frustrating! I m curious how this ends!

Ordered a converter for my solar system. After ordering it Is have not heard from them for a week and have only now been given a propable delivery date.

This company would benefit from improving its communication with customers by providing timely updates on order status. No matter how busy a company gets, turning off the phones is a bad decision.
