Unimpressed customer

I can see why this company reviews are going down, they advertise buy one get one free so we did it we guess what a month later still no glasses and yet there still advertising buy one get one. Here’s an idea if you can’t ship glasses people bought a month ago maybe you shouldn’t be trying to see any more glasses, who knows maybe they’re just taking the money and pocketing it. We know multiple people that have ordered glasses and have not received them. I hope people read these reviews before ordering from this company.

This company is a scam and should be SHUT DOWN!

This company is a scam and should be shut down. They have been promoting a holiday sale since before Black Friday with a BOGO offer on product they never had to begin with and are now blaming the "shipping" company and their "delays" for not being able to get orders out on time. They did NOT have any disclosure that all items were on back order until February and now are adding that to the items to cover themselves when customers were getting emails that their orders shipped in the beginning of December with no info on their tracking status. They send general messages on email since they have no phone number to contact stating all orders were going to be shipped last week and yet no updates however they are still promoting their fake business and taking customer's for a ride and stealing their money. DO NOT BUY from them, you have been warned!

Almost a month and not shipped

Ordered on 12/2/25 still not shipped. The email on their site gets you zero responses. So I called and the voicemail gives you another gmail email which doesn’t work. Starting to think I got scammed. Almost a month and not even shipped. Do not buy from them!!

Purchased product May 15th and still…

Purchased product May 15th and still haven't received shipping notification. I click on SHOP app and it says preparing for shipment. Update: I recieved shipping notification on June 10th saying product has shipped, however, Usps said it's awaiting product to ship.....A month to get glasses is crazy!!!! If my child didnt want them I would have already canceled.... From my experience, if you can't reach a company or person by phone you shouldn't do business with them. NOTICE: Not once has company addressed any of these negative reviews.

❌ Unpaid Affiliate Commission – Ignored After Providing Full Proof

I participated in the LosReye affiliate program and generated over $14,000 in sales, with $1,420 in commission, of which $1,379 has been marked “Ready” for payout since April 30, 2024.

Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and providing full campaign documentation (Mailchimp metrics, screenshots, traffic source explanation), I have received no payment or response from the team beyond one vague acknowledgment.

The affiliate dashboard remains accessible, and the commission amount is still visible — but nothing has been processed or resolved.

I have now filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and am preparing legal action via Small Claims Court.

🔴 If you are an affiliate, be extremely cautious. You can put in real effort, drive real revenue, and still get ignored when it’s time to get paid.

⚠️ If you’re a customer, you should know how they treat their partners behind the scenes. A brand that ignores legitimate obligations may not be the most trustworthy when it comes to your own purchase or refund experience.

Partnerships should be based on trust and transparency. Unfortunately, LosReye has shown neither.

Almost a month and still has not received my order

I ordered on 3/22 and it's 4/17 and still has not received my order. Got a notice on the tracking number that USPS could not deliver to the address eventhough my address was correct and the last 2 weeks it's been going back and forth in USPS between Sioux Falls and Omaha like it doesn't know where to go. Looking like a scam to me.

Express shipping not express still waiting

Purchased glasses as a birthday gift on 4/7 in the evening. Paid 17.90 for EXPRESS shipping (1-2 days per website) to ensure they landed at my house by Saturday 4/12. Label was created 4/8 and the product never shipped. I reached out got no explanation other than because I ordered 4/7 in the evening I should have them 4/11.

It is now 4/15 and I still haven’t received them. I reached out to see about a refund and they told me they shipped and can’t. I asked about sending them back because I no longer need them i ended up purchasing from a competitor to ensure I had them for the party 4/13. I was told no, they don’t do refunds. They refunded me 10.90 of the express I paid.

Had I read more reviews I would have never ordered and ordered where I did the second time.

10/10 don’t recommend unless you don’t want your glasses and frustration

Glasses are good because i have had a…

Glasses are good because i have had a pair in the past, But new ones i ordered have now taken 3 weeks and counting, while it says 3-5 business days. Customer service is terrible, and they are sending out ordered from a BOGO deal before they are sending my pair out, even though mine were ordered two weeks previous. It’s the same generic message and time frame for delivery everyday, then nothing is delivered, then The next day it says the same thing. I hear they are opening retail stores, which will be far more worth your time.

Don’t trust these guys

Don’t trust these guys, ordered these sunglasses Monday and chose a 3-4 day shipping option. It’s Friday it should’ve been here by now but guess what, the package has been in Indianapolis for days now, and I’m in Nevada. I have tryouts tomorrow and needed these in a timely manner. Every email or message I sent to them went ignored except the first one where I asked if they can ship it fast.

Great customer service

Their BOGO discount code wasn’t clearly displayed on their website, so I wrote to them threatening to write a nasty review if they didn’t include the second pair. They ended up responding quickly and sending 3!

Top notch customer service

The customer service with this company is top notch-my son was so excited to discover this brand for baseball, and we had an issue with our first purchase (our fault) and they stepped up and were amazing to work with!! Just bought a 2nd pair I was so impressed. Quality of the glasses is great too.
