Horrible customer service and returns

I ordered a lot of dresses from them and I waited a very long time for me to receive them. They came in different packages on different days after waiting for so long some of them didn’t fit me and some of them the quality is not like in the picture.so obviously I asked for a return and this return process is horrible. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this website. They try by all means not to take your return. You don’t get a return ticket or any address to send your return I am very disappointed and order this website at your own risk.

Absolutely shocking customer service - AVOID

Absolutely shocking customer service. Will not issue returns instructions or address, but instead send you endless emails with offers to keep the goods in return for a 30 or 50% refund. Quality of the items does not match the price, so you'd never sell them on and make your money back that way. Terrible company, avoid at all costs.

Avoid this site it’s horrific

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

This shop, based in Asia, provided an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a dress in March, and the shipping process was excessively delayed. When the item finally arrived, the quality was appalling—poorly made with cheap fabric that had a strong, unpleasant odor.

Upon requesting a return and refund, I was initially offered only a 30% refund if I agreed to keep the item. I declined and proceeded to return the dress at my own expense, using a tracked and signed-for shipping method. Despite me having to send confirmation and proof delivery, the company failed to acknowledge receipt of the return until I followed up multiple times. Ultimately, in May, they processed only an 80% refund without any explanation for the deduction.

This level of service and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would caution others to avoid this store entirely.

Possible scam

I had an order for a dress #SF2024349820, it has been 15 days and my order is nowhere to be found, and sent number of emails to their support mail and they just keep sending me discount codes for me to buy the same dress i already paid for!ı couldnt get any information about my order , they also keep sending me discount codes for me to pay again when i want a full refund for my dress. I am afraid they might be scammers, i want my dress or my money back!

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. I ordered on 4/6 — SF2024349122. It is now 4/20 and my package is nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, Sunfere chooses to partner with Yun Express, a carrier that decided to attempt delivery at 2:53 AM this morning. SEVEN MINUTES TILL THREE O’CLOCK ON A SUNDAY MORNING. What sense does that make? And to not even tell me what local carrier the package was transferred to or where I can pick it up? And that’s IF I can even retrieve it from a local carrier. Now I don’t know where my order is or if I’ll ever receive it. Yun Express is not reattempting delivery and I’ve gotten no response from Sunfere yet.

Polka dot co ord

Ordered the polka dot co ord for an event, customer service got in touch with me to update me about a small delay that might occur, but they kept me up to date about my order, order was shipped out quicker than expected.
Delivery company misplaced my delivery but sunfere looked into this and have offered me a solution to the problem.
Just waiting for the solution to be resolved.

Reluctant to give a refund

Reluctant to give a refund, many many emails back and forth to try and get a return address. I had to chase the refund after sending item back 3 weeks prior and had a tracking photo evidence that they had received the parcel at their warehouse. Refund eventually received but the whole process shouldn't require so many emails back and forth and my refund should have been processed without me chasing it.

We completely agree simplicity is key. The tracking number/photo request is strictly to protect both parties and speed up investigations if packages go astray.

About the refund timing—this one's tricky! While we issue refunds the same day we complete the return process, the actual funds release depends on your payment provider. Visa/PayPal controls that last mile, which is why we suggest contacting them directly for the fastest resolution.

Slow to Ship and No updates

I ordered a dress on 5 March and paid for express shipping. It's for an event on 22 March and they can't even give me an update nor have they gotten it across yet. When I try to search up the order number is says it does not exist?? Like I don't understand.

Horrible delivery

Horrible delivery, takes loads of days to finally ship out to you. I had to email them after 10 days when I didn’t receive my tracking number then they finally shipped it to me. Dress won’t even arrive on time due to unnecessary delay.

Ordered some items from this store, sizing was way off. The return policy is impossible and currently trying to get a refund for 4 dresses. On Feb 24, we provided the return address and instructions.

You initiated a chargeback for the full order amount instead of returning the items. While we respect your choice, this conflicts with our agreed partial refund terms. Full refunds require returns to protect both parties.
