Completely different fabric in reality…

Completely different fabric in reality than on the adds they showing. Very cheap fabric and look for this money. Not easily to return as well. It’s supposed to be nice dress for my birthday party but unfortunate everything went wrong

Everything was perfect

Well, among the all bad reviews i have to say my experience was awesome. Maybe i just was lucky enough. Delivery took not so long, shipped to Austria but the quality of dresses was great, exactly as on photos. Have nothing bad to say.

the worst shopping experience…

This was the worst shopping experience ever. I placed my order by mistake and immediately contacted them to cancel it. They replied saying they would modify the sizes instead, but I responded that I didn’t want the order at all and asked them to cancel it before shipping. They ignored my request and shipped the dresses anyway. I contacted them again to say I didn’t want the items, but I still haven’t received any reply. It’s extremely difficult to communicate with them through email. I will never purchase from this website again, and my sisters have faced the same issues — delays and poor communication

Return process does not match website policy

I emailed the company both my return number and the reason for my return request ( #SF2024392226) but they have not sent any instructions for return or warehouse address as their website policy states they will upon provision of order number and reason. I have never encountered a company whose return process is so difficult— PLEASE trust all the Reddit reviews and reviews on this site about how they make returning anything a living hell. Will update this review if I hear back from them but so far I’m scared I fell for a scam.

very poor customer service

I ordered off this website nearly a month ago and have still not received my package. When I contacted customer service I got an automatic reply saying that their customer support team is on holidays for the next week. When I finally got a reply, they said they can offer an exchange or to resend the item. I have asked for a full refund and I am being ignored by the customer support team- do not order from here.

This was one of the worst online…

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. The items I received were completely off in size and unusable. There was no clear return policy on their website, and after reaching out, I was met with vague, delayed, and misleading responses.

They made the return process intentionally difficult, hoping I would miss their 28-day window. I paid for the return shipping myself, even though the website claimed free returns. It took them three months to refund only a portion of my money. Despite providing tracking information immediately, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a basic response.

Shipping is slow

Hello, my name is Tyyonna Foman I made an order on Thursday September 18th i purchased fast shipping I need my order by 9/29 I needed the dress for my birthday I purchased fast shipping for 20 dollars had I known 4-8 business day is not expedited shipping I would have never purchased the dress. The tracking is not updating the last update i received was the shipping label was created and that was on September 22nd 4 days ago. So I’m assuming my package hasn’t moved yet.

Dodgy AF

Please note that initiating a dispute with your bank can take up to 75 days, which delayed the refund process. We informed you that if the dispute was closed, we could process the refund immediately, but since the case was escalated to Klarna, the review process took longer than expected.

The dispute was resolved, we processed your full refund immediately on Monday. Unfortunately, this delay was caused by the dispute process, which was out of our control.

REFUND: so after ages, so many emails back and forth, trying to make it so difficult to actually get a refund, they finally got the items, they said ‘IT TAKES 10 DAYS JUST TO CHECK THE ITEMS’. Days passed. Now ‘THERE IS A BLOCKAGE TO DOING REFUNDS DUE TO WAREHOUSE RELOCATION’.

On August 20, we provided you with the detailed return instructions and kindly requested that you return the items within the return period. The reason for the extended email exchange was that you asked us to accept a proposal where you would pay only £40 and keep all the items, although your total order value was nearly £170. You also mentioned that you would continue to post negative reviews unless we agreed to this arrangement. Unfortunately, we could not accept such a request, and we consistently explained and reminded you to return the products within the policy timeframe.

Your parcel was only shipped out on August 28. As clearly stated in our return policy, once returned items are received, our warehouse requires 7–10 business days to complete the quality inspection. Additionally, August 30–31 fell on a weekend when our warehouse staff was off. Despite these circumstances, we instructed the warehouse to prioritize your return, and your refund was completed today.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we have fulfilled everything according to our stated return policy and worked to resolve your case fairly.
