Be cautious
I switched to this brand and all I can say is if you have no gallbladder, partial colon, with GI problems DO NOT take this brand. I figured because the dose was 1200 mg it was less than what I was taking before which was 1500mgs it would be ok and it was not. It immediately constipated me and bloated to the point of looking 7 months pregnant. I tried to stick thru it for over a week and couldn’t take it anymore the pain I felt in my stomach was horrible. I couldn’t go to the bathroom I stopped eating and started throwing up stomach acid and that went on from 5:30pm to 2:30am and I was vomiting every 20 minutes. I did my research and thought this would be a good brand to switch to and that was a mistake for me. Now I have 2 bottles I wasted money buying. Be cautious!
