My wife was looking at their great range online so as we were heading to the Sunshine Coast, we went into one of their stores so she could try on what she was interested in. To be honest I couldn't think of a worse thing to do on our holiday however it was an enjoyable experience for both of us. My wife got exactly what she wanted and I enjoyed the banter with the staff in the store. It felt like a genuine old style shopping experience.
I purchased a wrap and then my money was refunded with no explanation. A link was then sent asking how my purchase was = what purchase ?? Does this company even know what it’s doing? Based on my experience I would say not!
