There was a FOUR TIME withdrawal plus shipping!!
I TRIED to order ONE bag of Creapure Kreatin on their website but again and again it said something was missing in my address or wrong first name or something else like odd text and numbers in red at the bottom.
After the fourth time I gave up BUT also my PayPal said I had no more money in that account!!
WTF!
When I checked there was a FOUR TIME withdrawal plus shipping!!
Yet I have not even got an order email yet so I don't even have the order number!!
Let's see if they will respond tomorrow or not and if this is a scamming company!!!

Update from my last review, they had responded within 24 hours and so i responded back within another 24-48h with my details like they asked for although it has now been 5 days since my response and its just radio silence it really seems as if this company care more about their public image than their customers, I have tried to get the confirmation email again but still nothing… At this point its not not just poor customer service its bordering on a breach of UK consumer rights, I do not want to have to escalate this problem to Trading standards to pursue a formal complaint but it might come down to that.

Really disappointed by Sunday…
I was really disappointed by Sunday Natural while I was expecting good experience and positive results after the use of their products.
Few days ago I ordered their "EYE COMPLEX" vitamins which seemed great. The package arrived in a short time but, unfortunately, there has been a mistake with the product that was sent to me.
I directly contacted Sunday Natural's client service explaining the situation and attaching photos of the product I received (which hasn't been opened of course).
The product I received is totally different from what I ordered and also - much less expensive.
I've also added the invoice sent to me for comparison.
A week later Sunday Natural's client service responded and sent the initial product and a return label for the mistaken one.
Given the fact it was their mistake, I didn't expect I had to complain on an external website so they react.

They were bought out by a mega conglomerate and are now AWFUL. Don't bother.
I think any recent reviews are fake. Since the owners sold this to a mega conglomerate in 2024 it has gone downhill, and clearly it's all about the cash for them now. First, their website was crashing for the entire weekend, then I couldn't access the account I had had for years, I had to open a new account. Then I spent over 100€ to receive one bottle of vitamins with a broken seal, another that had exploded all over the package. I sent photos. They sent me back a ridiculous email several days later wanting a picture of products in the delivery box (?? thank god didn't throw it out yet) and additional photos even though I'd sent some. As if what, I'd made up the claim? Way to treat your clients like criminals. Then THIRTEEN DAYS later still no response. But about a zillion promotional emails about all their sales. Also note that the chlorella I bought, exact same one I always have bought, tasted totally different, horrible, clearly their quality control is dropped in favour of cash grabbing. Never again.

Great approach to sensitivities
The package has arrived today so I haven’t tested the products yet, but I’m grateful that Sunday has a really vast array of products catering also to people with sensitivities and disorders. In particular I was attracted to the multi mineral sensitive hpu which was the only multi mineral I found in Europe without iodine and iron. Also grateful that several options skip vitamin b6 which once caused me neuropathy. I have bipolar disorder, Ibs and hashimoto and it is difficult for me to find the right balance because most supplements have something that works against them. My only suggestion would be to lower the manganese in the sensitivities ( because it can cause mania). I also purchased the flora and the Omega + Vitamin d3 +k. I really like that all formulas are one capsule a day (and not multiple) and therefore convenient in the long run.

I had a nerve ending issue on one toe after taking the probiotic. Never had an issue with supplements before. However, this could probably be an individual case and might not be common.
The packaging is really good though but it took forever to arrive.

Values of my blood test improved
According to my doctor, the values of my blood test has improved a bit and requested that I continue to take it.
Delayed parcel and lies!
I made an order on July 14th. July 15 they wrote an email that the parcel was sent.
July 22 I wrote, when I would receive my parcel. Got an answer that it was delayed.
July 24 and July 25 I could see on DHL website that they had been to my home to deliver the parcel.
THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! I have been at home ALL the time.

Good except liquid products.
Ordered 5 bottels with capsulesl supplements and everythings fine, except 6th bottel with Vitamin D3K2 liquid drops, which came half empty, as it has leaked inside the package, allghough cap of the bottle was still factory sealed. In general good products, not sure about liquid ones because of packaging, in doubt it will happen again i ordered. order nr 12000214304. Still recommend
Important Update: The company sent me a new prodcut, immediately and i recieved it in a couple of days. Very custkmer friendly, and defenitely recommend it.

Honestly this brand is a life saver.
You can tell the quality! Glass bottles, excellent design and effective products. I have tried so much of their stuff and I never had any side effects. The price is really good also. I hope they keep up the good work and dont comprimise the quality and price for profit later on. I buy from them once a month and you should try the all in one vitamins!
Non-existent support, cannot return items
Received heat damaged items on July 2nd and wrote to their support (as there is no phone number) on July 4th to return them. It is now July 21st and I have followed up twice and still haven't received an answer. The ticket was opened, as I received a confirmation after my first mail (of course no ticket# though).
Noticed that the quality overall has plummeted a lot since they've been bought by a new investor.
Edit: Order Number and contact details were provided promptly. Now almost a week later, as expected: no response to the support case, no e-mail, no refund, nothing.

Issues with order
Unfortunately, I can't give more than 1 star based on my first experience ordering from Sunday Natural...
I placed my order on 28/06, and according to the website, delivery to the UK should take 4–5 days via Evri. We’re now on the 6th working day (9 days total), and there’s still no sign of the order—nor any response from Sunday Natural on the two messages I sent via Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messenger.
Evri claims they attempted delivery on Saturday 05/07, but that simply didn’t happen. I was home all day, and my motion-detection camera picked up nothing. After several attempts, I finally got a reply from Evri on Sunday 06/07, saying they’d try again that day and that I’d receive an update by 10am Monday if not delivered. No delivery came, and no update either. After chasing again, I was told it would be escalated and I’d receive an ETA today (07/07).
I shouldn't have to work this hard to get a package.
While the courier issues may not be directly SN’s fault, it’s ultimately their responsibility to ensure the customer receives the order as promised.
Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and have now requested a refund, as the order hasn't arrived within the timeframe stated on their website.
Update: I have added the order number (20000012115) and the Evri tracking number to both messages i sent on Facebook and Instagram that not only I didn’t get a response but they haven’t even been acknowledged. Thank you.

Delivery as promised at purchase, well packed. The quality of the vitamins shall be proven yet, but so far looks really good. Very thought through approach to vitamins form and contents.
