Excellent company with a great customer support

I have been a customer of Sunday Natural for at least four years and I have always been very happy with the quality of the products, the delivery, and the customer support. Whenever I had questions, I always received a quick and helpful response. My orders have always arrived on time, perfectly packed, and consistently high quality. Their product range has grown over the years and their prices are completely fair. For me, they are one of the best supplement companies out there. Keep going.

I purchased something on Thursday and…

I purchased something on Thursday and didn't even get an email confirmation and reading these reviews about Bill gates owning this company I will be opening a case with my bank tomorrow for a refund apart from that I've no email confirmation and after reading these terrible reviews I can see why and if Bill gates from hell has something to do with this the man who wants to de populate I definitely want a refund. Very misleading website. I usually stick with the British supplements Clean big pharma free but this website pulled me in. Fool me once!
I love how you click on trustpilot and it shows green star's yet every comment is in red way to go NOT so trustpilot.
Please refund my order 20000021169 no email no confirmation and worst Bill Gates behind them refund me or I'll phone my bank today for and open a dispute for refund.

Very odd you replied 2 days ago saying item has been shipped on the 24th as I asked you to cancel the item you lie because I've only just received an email saying item shipped today the 26th.
I will be throwing them away anyway as I don't trust your supplements after the bill gates attachment rumor or not thanks for wasting my money though I hope you choke on it.

I got ghosted by the customer service

I ordered horse chestnut capsules for my partner. She tried them for a few days but got quite sick, she had terrible nausea and ended up vomiting. I tried them as well to make sure that it was indeed the horse chestnut and I got sick as well.
I reached out to the customer service and they asked me to provide more information and pictures. I was on holidays at the time so I didn't have the bottles with me. I got back to them 2 weeks later with all the information and pictures they asked for. Since then nothing, and that was on September 20th. I sent several emails to follow up but the only time they answered, they said I didn't provide the pictures, which I did. I sent them two emails with the actual screenshots of my messages, my pictures and the date, but still nothing.
As someone who actually works in customer service as well, this is just bad. I was excited to try more products, I had a whole list of things I wanted to try but this doesn't make me trust them. I get that sometimes a product is not good and not suited for someone. But answering your customers is literally the minimum you can do.

Although most of our products are usually very well tolerated, individual sensitivities can unfortunately never be completely ruled out. As a gesture of goodwill, we have already refunded the full product price, even though opened items are generally excluded from returns. The refund has been issued automatically to the original payment method.

If you wish to try the product again in the future, some customers find it helpful to start with a reduced amount and take smaller portions spread throughout the day, ideally with meals. You may also open the capsules and mix the contents into a liquid to adjust the dose more easily, with the exception of probiotics and iron supplements, which should not be opened due to possible tooth discolouration.

If symptoms persist or if you remain unsure, we always recommend discussing the intake with your doctor or therapist.

No response to emails

Second time of ordering from Sunday. First time great, second time the product has been delivered to the wrong address. This isn’t the annoying issue as it’s Evri and not their fault. My issue has been getting a response from Sunday. I have sent 5 emails over 7 days and not had a response from them. They don’t have a telephone number to contact and when they won’t reply to emails it’s very frustrating.

Misleading Marketing

So far buying supplements from Sunday Natural has been good but my recent purchase has caused a bit of doubt. I ordered the Vitamin D3 + K2, which seemed ideal because I have to take both in high doses for my health condition. The price, the fact that it comes in liquid form, and as a 10-month supply is perfect. I received my order but the bottle use by date means there is only in fact 8 months supply. When I contacted Sunday Natural to query this they sent me a standard return your item email without addressing the issue, which was disappointing. I've emailed back, and am waiting for a response - to find out if all their bottles only cover 8 months rather than 10 and to ask why I would need to cover the cost of returning the item when the error is not mine. If this product can only realistically cover 8 months then the marketing and packaging need to reflect this.

I have contacted both the courier and Sunday natural with no response.

Starting to question whether I have been defrauded here!!!

If I don’t hear back from you within a couple days with updates on my order, I will reclaim my monies from my bank!!

Bill Gates owns this company through CVC! I am shocked and don’t trust anything they cell anymore. Looks like they sold their soul. I am out. I used to buy everything from sunday natural and recommended it to all my clients and friends. I was a great fan of the original company that doesn’t exist anymore. Spoiled B-complex supplements before 18 months of expiry date. wrote emails for more than a month..

Update:

They have issued the refund now for the rotten bottle. I have bought 12 different supplements from them. Only one had this problem

This substance is sensitive and can absorb moisture from the air, especially in humid weather or if the container is not closed properly.
In addition, direct contact of the capsules in the bottle with the hands can sometimes contribute to this phenomenon. This can cause the colour and consistency of the product to change.

If present, it is important, especially with the more delicate B-complexes, not to remove the dry sachet in the jar. This sachet prevents the capsules from absorbing moisture.

Despite these variations, the efficacy of the product is not compromised. This has been confirmed by our quality control department.

Did not receive the product at all

I haven’t received the product I ordered, even though the tracking information shows it was delivered. I’ve already contacted customer support but haven’t received any response. No refund has been issued either. I’m very disappointed to have paid for something I never received.

Customer service needs work!

Spent nearly £90 on my order at the start of October (2/10/25). My order was never delivered and I am still awaiting a response regarding a refund. I have never known a company take so long to sort such a simple issue. Disappointed as I am a big fan of their products, but their customer service when things go wrong is painfully slow and inept.

I was using all in one multivitamins from sunday natural. Suddenly the capsules started appear black spots. Raised the service ticket no response from them. Black spots randomly on all the capsules. Really afraid to use.

Absolutely no reply to my emails. That is no customer service

I received my order and everything was fine but one jar. The seal was not properly covering the jar. I emailed sunday natural once with my concern and a picture. I received no answer. I emailed now several times to different emailadresses. Also the one for cooperation partner. This a what I am. But still no answer. But their finance company sent a reminder that I have to pay. But I do not want to pay for the jar that was not sealed. Your phone number does not work by the way. Can you finally turn back to me so that we can solve this problem?

Unable to process order within 1 day

Not able to process an order within one day. Company is in Berlin, I live in Berlin. I received shipments from Italy sooner than theirs. Expensive, no customer service, I will consider another company next time.

Nicely Packed and Great Quality.

I’ve ordered from them twice now. The first time, one product was missing from my order, but they replaced it with no issues.
