Ordered express shipping top 2 weeks ago, still hasn't been dispatched from warehouse

I ordered a top 2 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping so that it would arrive within 1-2 business days for a particular event. The top hasn't even been dispatched yet (so it is not a postage issue), and I have received no information on the estimated time of delivery. I understand that companies may have warehouse delays in busy periods, but 2 weeks is a stretch and if there are known delays this should be made transparent on your website.

Customer Service

I was having trouble accessing my email and finding a credit note and they were so helpful and kind and replied within minutes. Communication was excellent and it was all sorted within a matter of minutes. I highly rate their customer service and I was very grateful.

Unfortunate growth

I started shopping with this company about 2 to 3 years ago. I never had an issue with them. Unfortunately, more recently they have been messing up my orders and instead of letting me exchange or just give me a refund they only provide a gift card now. It's really sad since there mess up on sizes is a problem on their side.

Dresses were bought on discount so Unfortunately store credit wouldn't be enough to repurchase the dresses in the correct sizes.

Also never pay for expedited shipping since apparently if they don't actually get it to you in that time frame they refuse to reimburse you. Unsure why they would offer a shipping of certain time constraints if they can't meet those constraints. Sad to say to won't be shopping here anymore.

I ordered a dress which once arrived looked nothing like the pictures on the website and was horrible quality.
I paid $12 shipping and returned it the same day. I emailed asking for a refund and they refused and said I can only get a credit note for my “change of mind” after explaining to them I didn’t change my mind and I don’t want to order another item and it arrive and be poor quality then I have to pay another almost $20 in shipping (to get it sent and then possibly returned). I haven’t received a credit note or refund and it’s been two weeks.

Worst service, refuses to provide refund.

The absolute worst experience. Not only do they not state the duties you will have to pay, but also refuse to refund you! I cancelled the shipment with DHL directly.
Sundae Muse is stating that I never responded to multiple DHL phone calls which is a huge lie, as I directly responded and cancelled my order. Now they refuse to refund me as "returns can only be made onto a gift card" and this isn't an "internal error". How is this a return, tell me, if the package NEVER arrived and was sent directly back to the company? Their emails from are very passive aggressive and condescending. I have screenshots of comms with DHL and I'm filing a credit card dispute.
EDIT: after multiple back and forth emails, they still refuse to refund to my original method of payment and state that "you can't get a refund just like that"
Please beware- if you ever order and then get an EXORBITANT duties fee and choose to cancel your delivery, you will never see your money again. With this customer service everything is the customer's fault and they literally do not care about your experience.

Great customer service

Great customer service!
I originally ordered a dress at the start of July. 3 weeks later I got notified that the shipping company had delivered it to their hub in NT when I live in Victoria! When I contacted them to see if I could get it delivered to me they informed me that they had lost it in their shipping warehouse and I should contact Sundae Muse which I then did. Their customer service team was great and had another dress shipped to me the next day free of charge! They were so helpful and lovely to deal with :)

Great service!

Great service. I had ordered a dress that was actually out of stock and they proactively reached out to apologize. They offered a full refund to my credit card or to give me store credit plus 50% of dress value which I thought was really helpful. Would 100% order again. Plus shipping was quicker than I thought considering it was coming from AU to US.

Worst ever service

Worst ever service, I’m still waiting for a dress to arrive that I ordered on the 1st july!!! I have queried it with them every single day and nothing has been resolved it’s now with dhl waiting on info from sundae muse which still hasn’t been revived. I ordered this for a wedding and am extremely disappointed

Really helpful

After initially sending me the wrong dress, the team was super fast & efficient in sending me another one with express delivery to make sure I got it in time!
Mistakes happen, but they were so quick to sort it out.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. False advertising regarding shipping, still waiting in my refund after I was asked to pay full shipping and assured that I would be refunded, still nothing has happend after 3 months.

Totally totally frustrated and upset. Would not recommend this to anyone, it has been a hellish experience

My shopping experience is Great

At first I didn’t notice that the address I wrote was wrong. After two days, Jonah emailed me and help me solve the problem of address.

Thankyou to the help team at Sundae Muse.
My parcel was a week late and yes i understand there is delays and im fine with that. I thought id email the help team just to see if they could see where it was and help.
And literally within 5mins i had a response i had it sorted they contacted the shipping place and the emails back and forth were so easy so lovely and truly accomodating to my requests in such a fast and helpful manor. The team is great and so nice and helpful and truly care and get back to you asap! Such a great experience and literally got my parcel the next day! Loved it!

Excellent service from the team at Sundae Muse

Excellent service from the team at Sundae Muse. I was purchasing from Ireland and the team were helpful and very quick to respond to any queries I had (Thank you Kir). Total delivery time from Australia to Ireland was just over three weeks.

I got a customs fee charged which the team advised me to pay and then send them the receipt. They were very quick to issue the refund back to my account for the charges. It was a total of 3/4 day from the point when I sent the email regarding the charges, paid them and the refund was issued. I am really impressed.

I ordered three midi dresses and they are all perfect. The quality feels amazing and they are beautiful. They each cost approx €80-90 which I think is extremely reasonable for the quality and with customs being covered.

I will definitely be a returning customer and I have already had friends ask about my experience!

Fantastic customer service!

I can not recommend Sundae Muse enough! Unfortunately my order took a few months to be processed (because of warehouse and covid delays which were out of the staff’s control). However, Sundae Muse took responsibility and were super responsive during the process. I was never left unanswered and they were genuinely sorry for the delay. Sundae Muse also gave me a gift card to apologise for the delay. I will definitely be shopping with Sundae Muse again as I can see the staff provide extraordinary customer service!

All I can say is that Sundae Muse has a great customer service! My order had some delay, which was fine for me. The customer service replied immediately to my messge and gave me a discount for my next order to apologize. I love the fit and the good product quality. Price is ok. Great customer service

I ordered only 2 products, and yes it took a while until they shipped my order, but the minute I contacted them they got back to me really fast, and helped me get my order in just a week. Thanks to Jonah I got my order, great service and the quality is good!
