Grateful for Sun Coast Sciences
I just love Sun Coast Sciences! Not only are the products extremely effective, their customer service is above and beyond any other company I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been taking Bioshield and Detoxithin for over two years now and I am a customer for life! I suffer from numerous autoimmune disorders and both of these products help me significantly! Whenever I’ve had any issue (eg. forgot about a recurring order or ordered the wrong product), the customer service agents are ALWAYS available to help via text or phone instantly. They always do everything they can to save me money too! I am looking forward to trying their skin products too! So many good things about these products and this company. I am grateful.

Besides the customer service, the representatives know the products . I have had wonderful results with each of the products I use . They are a superior quality . I feel better than I have in a long time and I do see improvement in my skin.

Great product/Great customer service
Have used the Total Package Serum for a few months now and love this product. Definitely has improved my wrinkles and fine lines as well as puffy eyes! Had an issue recently receiving incorrect order. Was quite impressed customer service took care of this issue immediately.

Unfortunately, I didn’t see much of a difference after using Total Package Serum for a month. My skin didn’t feel any different, and I wasn’t happy with the scent either. I’ll be trying a different product next time.

I am already a happy buyer with Sun Coast Sciences. I have used their Total Package Serum for 6 months and no longer use any other product! It is a combination of Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, and Tri-peptides. I no longer need separate products and I love it! I reached out to Sun Coast Sciences after placing an order for a new product today. I wanted to ensure I have the confirmation email and log in to manage the new subscription I placed. A trustworthy & well organized company with outstanding products
I’ve been ordering products from Sun Coast Sciences for a number of years. The company continuously has researched, improved and responded to the rapidly changing health & fitness as well as cosmetic health needs of what I consider a population that has been sorely let down by the standard medical system and the outrageous beauty industry. Dr. Mark Rosenberg’s highly informative posts in how and why products are developed are greatly appreciated as well as scientifically verifiable. Ethically, the company recognizes that different products have varying outcomes when used by different people. They honor their clientele with a generous return policy. Their customer service team are well-trained professionals who know the products and the kinds of glitches a buyer might encounter when placing an order. That’s pretty amazing given how so many on-line customer service people are like broken records, unavailable or down right rude. I am a big fan of their skin care products, both topical and interior. I believe the products I use have had a significant impact on my sense of well-being and physical appearance. One other brilliant aspect of their on-line website is the customer private portal which I find provides me with complete, accurate information. Great Customer Service!
I have tried a variety of products with Sun Coast and been happy with them. One product I tried made my skin too dry. I contacted customer service and they told me what to do to get a full refund.
I sent the product back with a tracking number yesterday and got my money back today! I talked with several of the customer service people and they were all very helpful! It was a wonderful experience!

The heading said, "These Top 5 'Budget'
Skin-Care Brands Work BETTER Than $190+ Creams." The top 4 were listed, but there were critical comments on each description. In order to see the #1 spot, I had to "watch this 5 min video" which was more than 35 minutes long. My thought was that if they would lie about that, they would lie about their product as well. After reading many of the reviews on Trustpilot, I believe my assumption was correct. I did not order this product.

I some how bought 6 when I thought I only ordered two. I am on my first bottle and haven’t noticed anything and was surprised when it so quickly ran out. Turns out there is alot of gel still left that does not come through pump. Very disappointed considering price I paid. Note, nothing on bottle says to shake but I did shake before use.

I’m so sorry for any hiccups with your bottle. What you’re describing is actually something we hear now and then, and the good news is: it usually just means the airless pump needs a little priming. This type of strawless pump is specially designed to keep your serum fresh, potent, and free from contamination.
Try turning the bottle upside down and hitting it against the palm of your hand a few times, then pressing down on the dispenser up to 30 times to create the vacuum seal that gets things moving.
