We don't want to ignore your requests at all, but when it cannot be handled directly by our agents on chat, requests need to be transferred internally.
Our records show that after signing in, you have open a request to close the profile the same night, and emailed us too, the day after.
Your request were escalated the next day to the relevant department, who closed your profile immediately, and emailed you a confirmation.
They also always offer a data deletion and so asked to confirm if you want to have your information permanently deleted.
If yes, you just need to reply, and it will be also done and confirmed by email.
Your email wasn't ignored at all, and handled the next day.
Please accept our apologizes for any inconvenience caused, and don't hesitate to reply to them again if you need more assistance.

Sumup pay account amazing account
I've been using the current account "Sumup Pay." It's an amazing account with absolutely no issues. I did have two payments on hold when I first opened it, but now it's perfect. I definitely recommend it
