Never again! It took almost a month for me to receive my order. The shipping cost as much as the item. Customer service was terrible. I called the numbers provided and either the number didn’t work or I’d get an answering machine that couldn’t take messages. I had to send a message and eventually received a message back apologizing for the delay.
Worst of all, I ordered a BJJ belt and received a Karate belt instead! I literally received pictures of what my belt should have looked like and got sent something different.
Got my bluey shorts in good time and they are very good quality.
Buyer beware. I ordered this gi on 12/4, believing that was more than enough time for it to arrive before Christmas. It was intended as a gift for my husband. Two weeks after placing the order, I had to contact customer service to ask when it would ship. I was told there was a backlog and that it would ship the following week, during the week of Christmas. When I asked what my options were, none were offered—no expedited shipping, no alternative product, no cancellation assistance, and no solution of any kind.
As of today, the order still has not shipped and has remained in pre-shipment status for five days. This is misleading, as it suggests the item has shipped when it clearly has not been handed off. The company does not offer expedited shipping, and the website did not disclose any backlog or potential delays at the time of purchase. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable, and as a result, I will not have this gift in time for Christmas.
Update: I finally received the gi on December 27th. I left a one star review on their website which they suppressed. The one star review was for the Joker gi. They didn’t even bother to reach out to me regarding my negative experience. I don’t recommend this company at all. Very poor customer and not transparent.
I ordered a rash guard called dragon warrior that was supposed to be black and when I got it it was blue. My gym has a dress code and I needed it specifically because it was black. I also received the wrong size. I tried calling three times and leaving messages, texting and emailing twice. I didn't get a response to anything. It's like I don't exist and I'm being ignored. I just want to swap for the right size and color.
I ordered my Gi on September 28th and I'm still waiting for the item to even get shipped. Its October 10th today. No real response from them other than they are "behind", I will probably just return the item as I already needed it. Bad customer service. Would not do business with them again.
Placed an order on Sep 15. Reached out 10 days later for an update. No response to my email. Called and left a voice message. No call back. On Sep 27, the order page updated with status Shipped. However USPS site states that the order number is not valid. Still waiting to hear back from the company.
I ordered a patch for my judo gi. I ordered the patch on Sept 1st 2025. The patch arrived 29th September 2025. The patch arrived with loose threads coming adrift on the edge of the patch. It is not fit for use. I am not seeking a refund as I went elsewhere for a patch after the lengthy wait.
I purchased from Summo Sports (Order #35531), and my order was delivered on July 28, 2025. I requested a return on August 2, 2025 — well within their advertised 14-day return policy.
They delayed giving me the return address for two days, which cut into my return time. Even so, I shipped the return on August 10, 2025 (Day 14 from delivery) and provided tracking proof.
Instead of honoring their policy, they refused my refund, claiming the courier “handover” date (August 11) was outside their window. Their own policy makes no mention of using courier scan dates — only the 14 days from delivery, which I met.
This is a misapplication of their own return policy and poor customer service. I have full documentation of my timely return and their refusal to refund. Shoppers, beware.
These scammers are nothing but thieves i didnt get my rashguard or my money back and when i write to customer service they intentionally ignore me. It has been 8 weeks since i purchased it i got delayed 4 times (they wrote back to tell me this) and the past 4 weeks they have just ignored me everytime i wrote them
