Comfortable desk chair, delivered fully assembled. Very happy with it.

Service was very good. One drawback was the packaging had split open quite extensively and DPD had retaped it. Luckily the chair was not damaged.

The chair arrived on time fully assembled. The delivery driver offered to demonstrated the adjustment which I found very helpful. However he only gave a verbal instruction regarding the tension control which I subsequently found to be extremely stiff. I was advised it is fitted as supplied by the manufacturers and is stiff at first but will loosen once moved I am 84 and bought the chair from your Saga advert so I think there are others who will also have had difficulty with this adjustment. I solved the problem using one of my woodworking clamps with protective jaws which gave me the extra leverage needed. It is now movable but I have not found the right adjustment for me yet. I am still trying.

Really lovely comfy chair. I've been working from home on my dining room chair for over a year, and I absolutely love my chair. The headrest gives a nice support and it's so comfy. Looks really nice as well and I think it looks better than the picture. I went for the cream colour (futurist) and extra fome and it looks good. It's good quality and the service was really good. The delivery driver was friendly too, and because they deliver there own chairs it wasn't damaged on arrival either which is a win win.

Purchased the operator chair with adjustable lumbar support. Item was delivered within given schedule, and being fully assembled was a bonus. Have only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far, so good.

Really great service, I ordered the wrong colour and had to email to ask them to change it, which they did with no trouble at all. The correct chair arrived yesterday as promised and it is perfect.

The chair arrived safely within the 10 working days quoted, although it would have been helpful to be informed when it would be delivered to ensure that I was in.

The chair is attractive and with the many adjustments it is comfortable. The colour (Forecast Grey) is nice and would fit in with many colour schemes.

Having noticed that the chair squeaked we looked under the seat and discovered that two bolts were missing. Maureen at Customer Services was helpful and sent 2 bolts, having been assured that we were competent enough to fit them. Unfortunately, these bolts were not long enough but by return of post 4 bolts of 2 different sizes were sent and 2 of these were of the correct length.
