Great experience as always for parents and kids
Everything from booking to check out went smooth at Summio Park Heihaas. Friendly and thoughtfull throughout, just like last year so we booked again, same park, same cabin.
Especially park Heihaas has plenty of entertainment for kids both indoor as well as outdoor, they love it!
Entertainment team is great with lots of attention for the kids, none excluded. Amenities clean, service and quality very good and friendly.
Also, honest pricing of mini shop purchases and restaurant considering it is for park visitors only. Same rates as supermarkets or local restaurants.
Looking forward to coming back again next year, to be welcomed by popular mascotte SENNO the dog, the squirrels, woodpeckers (not noisy ones 😉) and other birds in the woods behind the cabin, it's a little gem...

Very uprightly friendly people
Very uprightly friendly people. We had some problems with house intern facilities concerning their narrow , for us too small acces and room dimensions. As they were technically super but too much propped , in a for that level of utilisation , too narrow room proportions. Also a pity the outward terace of the house being in front very nearby the intern asphalted park road .

Had a great experience. Accomodation (comfort cottage) has a great layout and is very comfortable, even with me being plus size I fit in the bath and garden chairs. Even the couch was sturdy and comfi.
I appreciate the staff being kind and respectfull even when I was going through a personal crisis.
The pool is shallow so be carefull and do not dive in.
Restaurant impressed me. Burger was perfectly medium rare on the inside and the tosti, wow!

Wonderful Getaway with Great Surroundings!
At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady who took her time to tell us all about the area and things to do. The cottage itself had everything we expected and was very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the stunning surroundings, perfect for beautiful walks with our dog. The abundance of restaurants nearby made the experience even better. Definitely worth repeating!

Lovely cottage
Lovely cottage, fully equipped in quiet park. Clean and undamaged, coffee and tea and cleaning cloth in welcome package. Garden furniture, hot tub. Good beds and bathroom with shower and bath. Helpful staff at the reception, easy checking in and out. Nice to watch the nesting birds.

Beautiful, peaceful environment in a cosey accommodation.
Everything we read about Summio Heihaas and the accommodations and environment was very satisfying. Nice, clean, beautiful and environment, friendly.
The birds and squirrel outside enjoyed the apple and the nuts and breadcrums. We really enjoyed watching that. We had an amazing time.
