I deposited 1000 TL on Friday and received a 100 TL non-redeemable sports bonus. I converted the bonus and met all the requirements. The system still shows the bonus hasn't been converted. I've contacted live support 50 times, and they've requested a call, but no one has. They're deliberately creating a systemic issue just to prevent me from withdrawing. You're committing fraud. They're asking for a 200 TL wager. I placed an 80,000 lira bet with 1100 TL, but the bonus is still active. I also placed the original bet on a single match, but the bonus still appears active. They're deliberately showing the bonus as active and preventing me from withdrawing. Don't deposit money to this site. If you win, they create a systemic issue that prevents you from withdrawing.

I have till now a very good experience with Sultanbet. If you give everything Sultanbet demand (a lot of things for account verification, even KYC (Know Your Customer), KYC means you need to make a selfie with you id and a declaration letter holding both , complicate but I did all ehat they demand. After ID verification was succesfully I could withdraw without problems 3 times and best of all is you get your money in last than 24hs !!! As I said, my experience with Sultanbet amazing!! There is a plataform who have not the best options for various betting markets but is ok

They are not giving me my money at all. They have not been giving me my money for 20 days by saying document verification. My account is closed for withdrawals. I write to customer service and they keep saying the same thing. I send emails and no one answers, no response. They do not contact me in any way.

The casino has very low RTP. The casino website has glitchs and sometimes the games will stop suddenly. You will never win or make money. Slots machine, as soon as you raise your bet you will never make money. The VIP manger will contact as soon as you make some deposits to give you offers which make you to deposit more and more and this will lead to a big loss.
I have requested to close my account permanently due to gambling addiction and the account was closed same time. But after about 12 days or so the VIP manager contacted me and said that I have won 50$ (how? I don't know!! Won while my account closed) so he reopened my account which he knows that my account shouldn't be reopened. After that I lost more money.
They failed to protect me from gambling and they didn't adhere to the responsible gambling policy.

The process does take some time but for very good reason which is actually an added plus for me as they have strict policies in place. Once the verification has been completed my withdrawals are processed within 48 hours and as always Lena is there to help every step of the way.

Would not let withdraw funds after rolling over bonus despite in game stating i had rolled over bonus 100%. Do not use this website they will scam you.

I placed a bet and it won. But as I tried to withdraw all of the money I've won it got canceled several times without a reason.
I got told that they've tried to call me but pretended I didn't answer. My account has already been verified, but after the 4th attempt to withdraw my money I got a mail which says that my documents didn't pass the security checks and therefore my account got closed and I'll get my deposited money refunded (not the money I've won!!).
