Scammers took money got nothing but couple bs emails, got the add from fbook so thought it would be legit!

They are a complete scam. I'm on a fixed income, and got a loan to get a couch. Almost a year later and I still don't have my couch, and now they won't even respond to an email.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This company seems like a scam. I ordered a futon bed online, and after 3 issues "stuck at immigration", they have yet to deliver after over 10 follow-up emails. It seems up-front, but even the tracking number doesn't work anymore. They kept my money saying that even cancelling the order would cost money... They say their shipping is managed by another company who keep blaming each other back and forth. Stay away from Sukuny.

After researching this situation a bit further, it has come to my attention that your company is a scam and I demand my money back immediately.

I found numerous customer testimonials that said they never received the sofas and beds that they ordered in March 2023.

They even copied and pasted the responses that they received from “Support” and the words were identical to what you sent me. Their order failed customs and was returned because the carrier forgot to do something, Sukuny reshipped the order and the bogus tracking site said it was delivered but the purchase never arrived and the customers were at home when they received the notice that the item was delivered.

I am reporting your company to the US government because your last tracking number is using a fraudulent website that is impersonating a federal government website.

I ordered a bunk bed in September they stole 100.00 from me they suck so bad that suck is a filtered understatement just saying don't give them your money or you'll just be burning it into a nothing for real period sukuny sucks period

This is a fraudulent company, I purchased the item, the item did not receive, and no one gave me a refund！

I ordered a coffee Machine from Sukuny over 6 Months ago.
They have come up with every excuse under the sun as to why I haven't received the coffee machine.
Issues with customs, Resending coffee machine and finally I was told I received the coffee machine and signed the receipt from the logistics delivery company.
Lie after lie.
They must have a very large team of people just fabricating excuses as to why items ordered have not been delivered.
I say to anyone looking at buying from Sukuny, don't waste your time and definitely don't trust them.

I ordered a couch and paid in February. Nothing as yet. I sent a message a couple months ago, I wanted a refund and they said they would need to keep $60 for the shipping. I said ok then send it. Still waiting.

I purchased a Di Longi Espresso maker on August 30, They e-mailed me that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I went to the site of the shipper, my tracking number was not found. I went back and checked today and plugged in my tracking number. Apparently it supposedly shipped from Turkey, then "failed customs" and it was returned. I have e-mailed sukuny help site for a refund to my credit card, as the payment has already appeared on my statement. Looking at all the reviews, I am not surprised at this terrible service and apparently a scam.

Horrid! There is no customer service reachable by phone. I’ve waited 3 months. They have lost my order. They take NO responsibility for this, saying they’ve ‘passed it on’ to the next logistical carrier, USPS. I don’t live in the US! The tracking number is non-existent. My order is lost & I’m furious. Three months, no couch and nothing but aggravation! Do NOT buy from here.

I made a purchase six months ago of a bunk bed for my grand kids and still nothing has arrived just a big scam

This company doesnt even deserve a star. Been waiting on my sons bunk bed for 6 months now and have stopped replying all together.

I purchased some couch to them a couple months ago and I've been waiting for it until September then I found out they wasn't pay the taxes for shipping. So I kept sending them and complained about it they're asking for apologies they are going to report it to the management team and they gave me another tracking number and then when I asked them how many days again that I need to wait they said 25 days and today it's October 15 Sunday 1:46 pm it should be scheduled for delivery of my package but I never received any confirmation or update from them. Now I can tell that they are a big liars and scammers... this is the first and last to used this sukuny.com!

This company is a total scam they ripped me off 150.00 dollars all yur stories are matching ….stuff hits customs and is returned ….Don’t get fraud rd by this company it’s not legit in any way . It’s not worth the star only way you can write a review I don’t want anyone else being scammed.
