If I can say 1 word about the mat, I would say "absolutely fantastic"
Excellent, chills me right out after 20 minutes, I feel hypermellow!
It's a shock at first but 10 minutes in and your skin loves it, put on some Roy Ayers and have a go on a mat and you will be smitten.
I wish i had an extra hand so i could give this 3 thumbs up!

We only tried a couple of times. That is the only reason why we dont give it 5 stars. At first its stranges but not hurtfull. After a while your back turns very light which helps woth pain, rigidness… seems pretty good!
