Confused customer support

I ordered 2 hoodies(same style, just different sizes and color) from them. The quality is actually pretty good, I see people say that shipping is slow, it wasn't the case for me. But i did have an issue- print on one of the items was not correct and I reached out to the customer support about exchange. On their website in Refund&Return policy they say that item can be exchanged if defective, which was the case for my order. Been emailing back and forth for multiple days, they offered to keep the defective one and a discount if i order more products from them. I literally just wanted to send back the defective hoodie and receive a new one, they for some reason kept talking about refunding and that it's hard to return to the warehouse, offer higher discount on new items 🫠 They were pretty active, but not very helpful with my actual request. My husband said to just leave it alone as it didn't seem like they understood what I was asking from them.

Poor quality hoodie and long delivery

Bought 2 hoodies from them and it took almost 2 months to arrive. Not only that it took like half a month to just get the tracking number and even when i got it, it didnt even work so i couldnt use it. When the hoodies arrived i was very dissapointed. While the design on hoodie wasnt bad the quality was. I didn't know what i was expecting but I wasn't expecting it to be so thin.It honestly just felt like shirt with long sleeves.

Slow shipping & AI upscaled print

Bought the Sakura Bakushin O shirt, slow shipping & for some reason they had to AI upscale the print on the shirt?? The small tag inside the shirt for washing instructions is also missing. Additionally I kept getting emails regarding items being left in a basket because I tried to order from the Instagram ad but it kept failing (worked after I visited the website in a browser), and customer support wouldn't fix the email problem.
