The suit itself was very good value and is a nice product.
I had several queries and customer service dealt with them well, taking around a day to response.
I was concerned about delivery time scales, but ultimately the detailed tracking service was reassuring and the suit came in just over 3 weeks.

The modern fit was pretty loose, but the measurements were correct.

What a fantastic suit! Ordered a 3 piece pinstripe and followed the measurement guide with help from my partner.
The suit is actually made in China (but we all know Chinese tailors are some of the best in the world) and then shipped to Suitopia in Sweden and then on to the customer. It takes a bit of time. But it’s worth the wait. Fit is perfect (my fault I ate too many pies whilst waiting for it but I will quickly lose that inch). And the quality is incredible in every aspect. Very happy with this suit, thank you!

My groomsmen and I decided on Suitopia for my wedding after seeing we could get custom made and custom fitting suits for just a bit more than a suit rental. The ordering process is fantastic. I love that you can customize just about every detail of the suit, and make something unique. My biggest advice is to get a professional to measure you. I had my fiancé do my first round of measurements and the suit was way off. Luckily, the fine folks in customer service were happy to remake the suit for free as promised, this time with measurements from my tailor. The second suit I received is like 99% perfect. I am still going to do some very minor tailoring but only because I’m super picky. The quality is outstanding, and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend Suitopia for anyone looking for a nice quality custom made suit, and I will likely be ordering another at some point in the future!

The suit I received was a different color than advertised online. They were understanding and will be refunding me and even allowed me to donate it to charity rather than destroying it. My only complaint is that customer service took a long time to return my emails. What could have taken 2-3 days of communication took over 3 weeks.

The suit did not fit at all even after going to the recomended place for measurements.

When contacting the Support i get a first response and after sending pictures of the suit I have not got any respone...

I was initially skeptical, taloring a suit based on internet/self measurements. But the suit was absolutely perfect! It fit well and needed no alterations. Kudos!

So I selected this really bright blue color on the website and when it arrived it was way lighter than I expected. Turns out they sent me THEY COMPLETELY WRONG FABRIC. I understand mistakes happen but what a blunder. And customer service is not making me happy. I got this suit for my wedding and it's too late for them to send me a new one. I ended up having to dye the suit myself to get a better color. You're better off picking something out in person if you don't want mistakes like this.

The pants that I just received from you guys are with the old measurements, so they are pretty big and look really bad. The new measurements that where adjusted this year and was the one I order my last pants and show in my online profile is the one I needed.

Fabric is of good quality and the fit is perfect!

I am 6'6" tall and weigh in at 270 lbs, which is not fat. I have a lot of trouble finding clothes that fit me well, especially dress clothed.

I have bought two suits from two different stores prior to buying this one, and paid just as much, if not more, for both of them. I even had one altered for me to fit me. I measured myself with a carpenter tape measure and a piece of string.

I received my suit in less than a month (it only took six days once shipped to get from Sweden to my house in Nebraska). When I tried it on I can honestly say it was the best fitting suit I've ever worn, and it looks fantastic.

The website made making the suit easy, and gave me a lot of choices so I could get exactly what I wanted when designing it.

The price was very reasonable to the point of being questionably inexpensive, especially when you include the fact that it included shipping half-way around the world. That being said quality was not cut.

Their communication was prompt and they answered all my questions in full, even after my payment cleared.

Overall I would without a doubt recommend this company, and if I ever decide I need another suit I will definitely be looking at this company, and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
