Nice fit, the only reason for four stars is the delivery time.

The suit never materialised, I got a full refund after several messages that took a while to be answered. I'm out of pocket has I had to go into London to get measured. It seemed a like a promising offer but failed and I had to make alternative arrangements at very short notice.

Selma Louf at the helpdesk was very helpfull, polite and very understanding when we reached out and need help.

Very smooth experience. Great interface, that allowed me to play around with the design. The suit came in two or three weeks. I visited a tailor to make some final adjustments, and it was no problem getting the cost reimbursed.

I ordered a suit and was very happy with the quality of the material and the great support I got when asking customer support for advice about taking measurements. Thanks Suitopia!

The suit I ordered is fantastic, designed to all my specific preferences and in a lovely material. The price is one-third of what I would have paid elsewhere for bespoke tailoring and the delivery time was a great deal less also. Suitopia were extremely attentive and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure I was confident and happy at every step of the design, purchase and delivery.

I am very pleased with my suit. I bought samples and was measured professionally which gave me considerable assurance as I was working to a deadline. It fits well. I may have the trousers lengthened by a 1cm, but it's a marginal decision. The suit probably deserves 5 stars, but although the Customer Service is good, replies are not same day. The suit is made in China so there was an unexpected delivery hitch, but this was resolved.

Fabric and color was excellent and the suit is all in all great. It was a bit bigger than expected though, and I had visit the tailor to take it in quite a bit.

Will definitely order again though.

Worst buy ever. The picture was wrong and I ended up with a suit I cannot use. No posibility to make changes and no intention to help me either.

I recently ordered a full suit from Suitopia. The process from ordering to delivery took a total of 4 weeks which I think is impressive concidering production time and delivery time. Unfortunetly i tore my pants but the customer service has been amazing. They answered quickly and started production on new pants immediately free of charge! I would absolutely recommend this site.
