Suitopia deliver the best suits!

And the customer service is awesome!!!!

Ordered a suit and it was customized exactly as ordered and delivered as expected...looks great, great quality.

This is my 3rd suit I've ordered from Suitopia and I am very pleased. The fabric is beautiful, and the I love how customizable the garments are.
I got the pick stitching(distinct stitching on the lapels) this time, and it looked pretty good, however it is not your traditional pick stitching where they do it before the lapels are sown together-suitopia did it after the suit was finished. So I am not sure if I will get it again.
Otherwise, everything else was good and I plan to order another garment soon.

On the whole, I am very satisfied. The suit fits me excellently and is made with high-quality fabric. It was delivered in a very timely fashion.

I would like to note that the customer service is excellent, they respond to any queries or questions within 24 hours (on working days) meaning that I had no trouble if I had a question about my order.

The only issue I have would be if Suitopia made it clear that the garments actually come from China and to expect to pay import duty. This was not a serious problem as Suitopia did refund the import duty, but a clear warning on their website would have been nice. Other than that minor issue, I had a very good experience, and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a made-to-measure suit to check out Suitopia.

My third suit from Suitopia. They are good and worth buying from over and over. I would rate five if it wasn’t for the long delivery time.

Got my suit and shirt few days ago, faster than I was expecting. I love it, fit is perfect and quality is great! Customer service was excellent and the overal image I got from suitopia ensured I would definitely recommend suitopia for a friend.

This is my third jacket and the best fitting so far. Perfect, no, but close to. Problem is that the adjustment I'm looking for probably can't be made with the measures you type in the guide. Also, would I use the recommended measures it would be not be well fitted on me, therefore it took three attempts to get where I wanted it (and still not perfect as the back is slightly to big at about the armpits).
Trousers though doesn't fit me very well, I've tried two rounds but I just couldn't get the waist and groin where I wanted it.

Update: Customer service contacted me and told me that customs was a mistake and they will refund the money I payed to the DHL for customs. After this i believe that if you measure things correctly this is not a bad deal.

"I ordered a std. suit as a test. Cost was 2500 + i payed customs 500, jacket was not correct size in length and the pants due to my measuring mistake were tight. They were kind enough to send me a new jacket but then it cost me customs again for 500 kr. Delivery was from China. Total cost was 3500/- While my regular tailor cost 4000/- with a lot better textile stuff for the suit. In my experience this is not worth it."

The first suit was too small but the customer service has been very kind, professionnal and efficient (great thanks to Viktoria !) and the second attemp was the good one: the jacket suits perfectly .
The customer service is reactive and I feel very satisfied of Suitopia.

I will start by saying I had a professional seamstress do my measurements. The vest is way to small. Also, I received an email saying my suit color choice was no longer available bc they had an accident making my suit and I would have to pick a new fabric. I chose the next closest color on the website. This color did not represent the website at all. Its supposed to be a sandy color and its basically white. So, now I have a suit that will work if I chose to be a pimp or get into porn. I am not pleased and will not recommend suitopia to anyone.

I am now on my 4th suit. I now have a new tailor that makes shopping easy. Most importantly, the suits come out perfect! Thank you for making a great product!

My tuxedo was perfect and it was a pleasure working with the customer service. The only thing that was tough was being in American and the company being abroad. It was tough to communicate back and forth with the time difference.

Absolutely terrible. Suit came 4 sizes too small and the material is cheap and thin. Do not waste your time. Now I have to dispute it with my credit card company since they don’t refund. They continuously keep telling me they will remake it but the wedding I needed it for is already over 😡 I had to go somewhere else to buy another one.

Incredibly easy and convenient to enter your measurements, order and get your suit. There are many different fabrics and different styles to choose from. I got my suit delivered after about 3 weeks and it fit perfectly! Great service and helpfulness from their support regarding everything. Extra big thanks to Viktoria. 5+

Really great service. Both three piece suit and shirt fit well. Measurement instructions were precise and easy to follow. Whilst the suit was made and received in good packaging within 21 days the shirt took a little longer, possibly due to Christmas,. My only gripe is that the suit was subject to import duty, Although this is to be refunded this should have been made clear as an additional charge in the invoice / billing. The first time I knew of the charge was via an email from the courier on the morning of the planned delivery explaining why there was a delayed delivery. Overall though the support, concern and facilitation I got from my nominated Customer Services agent (Viktoria) was excellent
