STAY AWAY! NOT US based as iit claims. Product NOT in Kentucky as it claims. Supposed to arrive by 4th of July. Instead arrived 5th of August! Contacted paypal mid-July about refund. Told there was a process and to wait until arrival. Put in that claim only to be told by Ai that "tracking shows delivered" so claim denied. Worst possible outcome from my first and last FB purchase!

Cheap fabric, thought it was made in USA. Scam big time. T-shirt is freaking polyester not cotton. American flag is crooked (just like this company).
They got me, don’t let them get you.
Hopefully Facebook will reconsider who can advertise on their site. Took weeks to arrive, said coming from Paris, France. Such a Scam

Ripped off

I bought a pare of shorts for $49 and when they arrived there was NO zipper. I reached out to them only to be told they will give me $12 for my inconvenience. Gee same items off Amazon with the guarantee of return if issues. This site is a scam and I’m making it my mission to let everyone know.

I ordered a shirt but I then looked at reviews and canceled order within an hour. They said I couldn’t cancel as it had already shipped. BS. I then told them I didn’t want it wouldn’t accept delivery and wouldn’t pay for it. I have disputed with my credit card company and it is pending. I kept getting tracking updates and it was in Spain for 3 weeks. That was the last update. No delivery date or shipping method. All of a sudden it was on
My mailbox so I didn’t have a chance to refuse delivery and no way to return. Shirt was crappy fabric and I won’t wear it. Also advertised as Made in The USA. Not the cause. Fraudulent advertising. Steer clear.

47 Shirt Not Embroidered
The image shown on the site is made to look like a higher quality embroidered t-shirt, thus the higher price. It took three weeks to receive from God knows where overseas. Don't waste your money.

Do they have a negative star..If so that’s what I leave this company.I ordered a pair of shorts from them through a Facebook advertisement and it took 2 months for them to get here and when they finally arrived from china they were cheap and ugly. Nothing like they looked in the advertisement. Save your money and don’t spend it with these con artists

I ordered two shirts and they charged me tax and somehow the order got messed up They refunded my money within a day. I will replace the order and this time they will get it right I'm sure.

Absolute scam. Do not use. Ordered 26 Jun and never got product, only a long list of sob stories why it was never delivered. Got two tracking numbers, one originating in China and the other in Sweden for a product that was supposed to be from Kentucky. I don't know if the Tracking sites, 17 Track and TrackingHub.com are legit or just another bogus site to try and lend authenticity to Suibstantial.com.

I ordered my husband a pair of shorts on June 27th. As of today, Aug 8th, we still never received them. Still showing in transit with no delivery date. I emailed Suibstantial and no answer on delivery date as well. Additionally, the total on the website came up to $52.13, but my CC was charged $59.95.

These thieves are selling what should be kick-ass hats.
I thought the $9.50 shipping charge was criminal. But, I held my nose and bought it.
Yuuuuuge mistake.
My final total was 21.59.
I get an email conformation with a NEW total.

This company customer service is awful. I placed an order on June 5, 2024. I ordered two items. Received one item on July 5, 2024. Prior to receiving this item I had received a tracking number. Upon receiving the one item I reached out to customer service to tell them I have a missing item. They have given me the run around since then. Now suddenly they have a new tracking number however Suibstantial is claiming they are no longer a customer of the delivery company. Suibstantial is telling me to reach out to this mystery company for compensation. Do not buy from this company.

The products to weeks to be delivered. When they finally arrived, I was extremely unhappy with the fit, quality, and look of the 3 items I purchased. I followed instructions on their website for requesting a refund. I have emailed back-and-forth with them numerous times and they refused to give me instructions to return the products and receive a refund. They keep citing shipping fees, which I agreed to pay in return for refund. They offered me a few dollars, not even close to what I paid. I highly recommend staying away from this company and not doing business with them.

Our experience with suibstantial.com was not good. (1) Note the misspelling of "substantial." (2) Their website stated, " "Made In Kentucky USA ⏰ Warehouse 24-hour delivery ⏰”. Not even close! Our order shipped from Ireland. We ordered July 4th products on 06/25/24. The shipment arrived at Irish Customs on 07/03/24. It didn't arrive at our home until 07/15/24 (21 days after ordering). (3) Their are NO "Made in USA" or "Made in Anywhere Else" labels on any of the products. (4) I wrote customer service twice with no response. (5) Finally, there is NO place on their website to leave a review. BUYER BEWARE.

Complete garbage. Didn't arrive on time. Was no where near true to size. "Customer Service, if you can call it that was a joke. Spent more time making me jump through hoops than helping me. I hope Karma is quick and serves these people 10x. Don't waste you time. You WILL regret it. Promise.

My experience with substantial.com was terrible. They advertised that their tshirts were made in Kentucky so I thought what a great patriotic company to buy from. Nope! I ordered 5 shirts and the shipping origination was Sweden! I tried calling and emailing customer service to cancel the order. They said they couldn’t because it already shipped. A month and a half goes by and I received some weird spandex style shirt that looked nothing like the pictures online. Tried emailing to return for my money back and no response. Terrible

Did not refund my purchase. Lied about the quality of the shirt I bought. Wanted to buy my silence. Rep would not send me a return address or label in the United States because all of their crappy apparel is made in China. Not trustworthy. All I wanted was a larger size or a refund and I received neither. I will be surprised if Suibstantial will print this review. Do not trust anything they write or say.

Bought a American flag hat and shirt a few weeks before the 4th of July. Arrived well after the 4th. I should have done my homework this is not an American company it's possibly China selling American flag items. Anyway the hat is very small not made for a adult male. Shirt is crap and forget about returns. This was my mistake, save yourself do not order!

Face book ad said get by the July 4th holiday so I ordered on 6/14... well, I just got it on 7/13. One month to receive the shirts. HORRIBLE service! Never will I order here again. Liars and underperformers need to go away. I didn't have my shirts for my July 4th event.

Worthless Chinese company. Do not buy from them. Order was "split", which was a lie. After I called them out. They had the shorts shipped to me. I went by their size chart and the shorts were way to small. Website says easy returns yet when I tried to return or exchange them they wanted a picture of the product, bar code and shipping label. Their response was that they sent the size I ordered and I should just give them to someone else and buy more. How is that a return. Zero customer service skills and a foreign company that doesn't need to be allowed to sell here. Don't waste your money with them, buy from a company that appreciates your business!!!

Cheaply made clothing. It’s too expensive to pay to return and they offer you a $2 compensation on a $45 shirt.
