Ordered a sweater that looked nice on the photo, a knitted retro style with leather effect on the elbows, but when it arrived it was just a print and on flimsy material. The company refused to refund and finally offered me 8 USD as compensation and said I could keep it. NO WAY, it's going into the charity shop!! Avoid this scam company at all costs.

I when to the suibstantial website and saw their clothing was @ produced in Montana. I saw a nice pull over and ordered thinking I was getting a domestically produced product. The tracking info shows it’s coming from a distribution center in Greece. I sent an email to customer service and got responses that appear to be from a source that wasn’t a person. The responses were canned and didn’t address my question. I was told that Greece is the closest distribution center to me…in Arizona! Huge mistake thinking I was dealing with American company.

I ordered a suede jacket for $94 ON September 15 and as of today I never received it.

I ordered off of a FB ad. Double check your account. The invoice they sent and the receipt from Paypal had an $8.19 discrepancy they called taxes. I reached out to them and they said there as a system error and refunded the $8.19. I haven’t received my shirt yet so I can’t say if the product is as shown. UPDATE: It’s 11/1 and I finally received my jersey. I am pleasantly surprised! The material is very soft and light weight which is perfect for Florida Fall and mild winters.

As with other reviews..stay away from this company. I ordered a sweater for my son's birthday, at $39.95. Took forever to get if and it was nothing like the picture. Cheap and poor quality. They tell you to contact their customer service department for returns but the e-mail address comes back as undeliverable.

They are calling themselves Eshoppe now .. they are amateur criminals and have been reported to all the relevant authorities in all countries. PS: The main platform for these criminals is FB/META.. avoid buying off this Trash site.

The shirts had "elbow patches" that were on the side of the upper arm. Not near the elbow and they refuse to accept a return or refund or send a correctly sewn shirt. One of the shirts feels like sponge foam material. (?)

WARNING DON'T BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM!! The website is a copy from another website Awful sweater,payed over £35 for it.Took 2 weeks to get here,never again if I could put a photo of it,I would but not possible on here.Theres no refund .The positive reviews are false as well,

I ordered a shirt and jacket from this company. They offer a 45 day return policy on their website. The day after receiving the items I contacted them regarding return or exchange as neither of the items I ordered fit me. I ordered them based your sizing chart on their website however both were too small and even though both were labelled as large, the jacket was at least 2 sizes smaller than the shirt.
Furthermore, while the shirt I received was similar to the one shown on their website there are significant differences. I provided the company with all the information they requested regarding the purchase, as well as photos showing side by side comparison of the differences in thew shirt advertised vs the one I received, as well as the difference in sizes between the shirt and jacket.

I received the following response:
"Thanks for your great support and the pictures.
But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.

Also of note should be the limited number of customer reviews on their website - there are only 50 reviews and all are very positive. Really - only 50 reviews and all positive. My sons works in the digital marketing/social media world and he told me to never trust a websites reviews ... I should have listened to him.

They would not allow me to return or exchange the items - do not do business with these people - they are a rip-off

A SCAM! Stay away from this company. Product delivered bore no resemblance to how it was advertised. They are based in China and do not offer returns.

Picked up this casual shirt for a steal, and it finally landed after two weeks. Quality impresses for the price, though the shipping was slower than expected. Improving delivery times could enhance buying experience. Overall, a decent purchase.

Mis represented merchandise on website. Watch these crooks!! They show a quality looking item, what I got was not the same graphics and the material is crap. Don't waste your money

I purchased what I thought were nice thick sweaters with warm linings inside. What I teceived were very thin polyester shirts with a sweater design printed on them. No warm linings at all. I bought them for my husband who is a cancer patient because he only weighs 108 lbs and is always cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

The products they show online is nothing like when you receive. It’s looks real sweater with leather patches but its just poor printed misguided shirts with cheap polyester fabric. I try to get return to get refund but they won’t take return. They give all kinds of excuses to get avoid return and offers less than 1% refund for settlement and even that they act as they doing you a great favor. Don’t fall for what you saw online.

The images online look beautiful! Looks liek a real knit sweater. But when I got the product it is a cheap print, not a real knitted sweater. Looks liek somethign I would not buy at a flea market for $5! Stay away! Dont be fooled by how nice it looks online.

Received this casual shirt after two weeks; shipping time was a bit long. The design is quite unique and eye-catching, though. Fabric feels comfortable against the skin. Overall, it’s a decent purchase that paired well with jeans.

I should have know better as I found this company on Facebook as a pop up ad. Nonetheless, ordered one item to determine the quality and fit before sinking more money. My instinct was correct and the shirt that I ordered was terrible, poor quality and way over-priced. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this "company".

I ordered a "supposedly" sweater. It's a knit shirt. It looks nothing like the picture advertised and it was the wrong color. Offered me $4 on a $55 purchase. What a joke. READ REVIEWS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered a men's sweater; color of item not like the picture in ads. Asked to exchange for similar product in different color. Sorry that their answer was "it's a good product so maybe you can give it to someone else." $50 down the tube. Do not purchase from these guys, ever!

Impressed with the quality and comfortable fabric, but wish the sleeves fit better. Bold design definitely makes a statement.
