Actually an excellent provider. Normally I would ignore providing a review, but my server was above and beyond what I truly needed and what few issues I had were quickly solved by customer service. Big ups.

The site and everything is great, love how easy it is to start and manage a server through SUHosting, however the host keeps losing connection and freezing my server until I manually restart it. I will likely be looking into a more reliable alternative like a VSP to have more reliable connection

Decent pricing, great service, excellent product. Something Unique lives up to its name and I will definitely be renting from them again.

Very good prices for what you get! The server dashboard is very good and I have had no problems with playing with my friends on the server!

Easy to use great customer service and ticket response

The Good: Simple to use, quick turnaround, got a server provisioned in minutes. Excellent value. I've had no issues with server performance even on the budget option and hardware-wise they are excellent.

I'm running a private vintage story server with maybe 5 or 6 mods.

Improvements: Mostly UX based and fairly minor, but these go a long way.

The panel seems like quite a vanilla pterodactyl panel. Documentation could be improved, as it was my first time running Vintage Story (being experienced with hosting minecraft) and I didn't know where the server configurations are initially, maybe a specific settings tab for that?

The mod installer though is really nice, though it seems to install mods to the wrong location (needs to go in data/mods not the base mods folder) and no easy way to see what's installed and what needs updating.

Having a one click update to 1.21 was nice, though after I did that there was some confusion as the panel hadn't updated the version number, and my server was crashing because the container settings was still using dotnet 7. One suggestion would be just to automatically change it to dotnet 8 when one updates past 1.21.0.

I also found it quite slow to upload via sftp (like around 70kib/s) but that may just be my connection. It's worth checking but probably a nonissue.

TLDR: Excellent value for money and so far flawless on the hardware and hosting side. Relatively easy to set up and work with, but there's a few UX issues that bring it down but really not by much at all.

Ran a 3GB Vintage Story server for a little over a month.
Good performance with no lag, even with up to 6 players split between the US/UK.
I only had one issue that I created for myself, which was solved within minutes of creating a ticket.

Great service for what you pay. No down times or lag from the sever. Also great modding support built it.

Perfectly viable hosting, easy interface, good and prompt communication.

Had an issue with my server so I made a ticket on their discord and one of the owners reached out to help and he solved the issue for me. 10/10 service and their servers themselves are amazing have had basically no issues with any of the servers i have helped run through them. They are amazing

The sever was great. Just couldn’t get anyone interested in the game to play. I might come back and have a server just for my use after I move, but that’s gonna be a bit.

It works and isn't hard to use. Feels a little confusing at first and then you realize you don't even need to touch half of the stuff to get the server going. Even with mods. Only negative is that it takes people multiple attempts to get into the server more often than not. But that's probably more due to computers.

This is the third hosting company that I've had experience with and they are by far the best. The costs are very competitive and the business administrators have all been helpful, competent, and quick to respond to any questions or problems I've had. Top rate deal and highly recommended.

I bought the ECO 12GB hosting plan for a month to host an Eco server. We started over Xmas with having 100 concurrent players at peak the day we started on our 2.56km world. That was the only time there was any kind of choppiness. Off the peak population the server ran completely smooth. I don't think they host many Eco servers and I had to request some help initially getting the server setup, but my questions were responded to very quickly. The hosting exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.

Easy to set up a private Server, good instructions, and easy to cancel when not needed anymore. Pretty much all you could ask for!
