Dont trust this store its a waste of time. I placed an order an next morning i got an email they cancled the order on my request. What do you mean on my request i asked them in a email. Because i never cancled this order but they dont even take time to respond to you.

I've paid for a T-Shirt which I haven't received 6 weeks after ordering and have had no response to two follow up enquires as to the status of my order.

Customer service is non-existent and I want my money back as I haven't received the product I paid for!!

Bought 3 Nike vintage sleeveless track jackets from this company and the transactions were fantastic. Even bought a further jacket but got refunded when told it was no longer in stock. Great company to deal with.

The people behind sugar vintage offer the most unbelievable customer service I have ever experienced. The times when there has been an issue, often through no fault of their own (delivery etc), they have been incredibly fast at responding to any issues via messenger and always seek to offer the most efficient solution at that time. I can honestly say that it is an absolute pleasure to experience such a thing. 11/10!!

I would be great when you are ordering outside the UK that you would receive a reminder that duties and taxes are not included in the price. Now had the unpleasant surprise that the already rather expensive cargo pants became 40€ more expensive thanks to duties and taxes.

my son has ordered from sugar vintage before and let me no there were a pair of Nikes he wanted the website wasn’t difficult it was clear and easy to order from. his tracksuit bottoms arrived within a few days emails arrived thanking me for my order and also when it had been dispatched which is always helpful I will definitely order from sugar vintage again

I ordered a Medium mystery box as a birthday gift and one of the items received was a Large so I'm now having to arrange an exchange. It can't be that hard to get it right surely?

Honestly 110% recommend these. An item was out of stock (these things happen), but the customer service they gave me afterwards was unreal. The mystery box they sent was perfect!

They provided the best customer service I have ever received. I had a problem with my order for my brothers birthday and I messaged on Instagram and they were so lovely and sorted it out for me. I’m so happy with the items, I got a brand new T-shirt in the mystery bag! I would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to make another order.
