I will never in my life order this bs again. Randomly put mfs on a membership and act like they can’t cancel it would give a zero if I could

I did not like the product whatsoever I have tried for months to cancel the subscription. If you do not want to be charged more than once then I would suggest to not purchase this product at all .

SCAMMERS!!

They FORCE you into a subscription.. a one time purchase is not optional. I will be disputing charges with my bank. Don’t see a change after a month of use too.

If I could NOT leave one star to comment I would! I e contacted this co several times to cancel…they continue to tske money out of my account! Who the hell is going to subscribe to ongoing stuff…not knowing if it works or not. The lady told me she could put it on hold But couldn’t cancel! This is a BULLSHIT company! Do not buy!!!!

Poor customer service, refuses to cancel subscription. They never answer calls. Unable to remove old cards from account so they can multiple options to bill you.

Canceling a membership that I didn’t need has been 3 months in the making. I’ve sent emails, left messages on their voicemail. Nobody answers that phone! They don’t even email back! However my rights are still being violated as they charge my card. I have notified the bank as well. When I read the comments about an automatic enrollment and hard process to cancel it I should have believed it. The turmeric turns your skin orange and nails. I gave it a good try but it’s not for my skin. However I discourage anybody to purchase if you have to subscribe to the membership. I really believe them not canceling people membership is done on purposely for profit.

If I had the option I would have given this review no stars! Not only was I not aware that I would be tied to a subscription back In march here we are about to step into July and this merchant continuously charge my card and still have not shipped out the product from march order not to mention I’ve been requesting a refund and to be removed from their subscription since April…Could you believe today 5 day shy of July they are still charging my card this is ridiculous some of us value every dollar we have and our money is set for set purposes I’m feeling like this is not only a scam but a robbery I’ve tried calling and it seems like my number is being screened or something sugar baby care just refund a girl her money please 🙏🏽

These people are complete scammers! I made a one time purchase then the next month I was charged again and told I was on a subscription where I had to order for 3 months before I was able to cancel. Month 3, same day the order was placed I sent an email asking for them to cancel my subscription. They replied and ask why I wanted to cancel and I told them don't ask me why just cancel it. They haven't responded since. I have seen on Facebook where there are TONS of people complaining about the same thing and some saying they had to go as far as getting new cards in order for them to stop the payments. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I am one that will gladly spend money and rebuy from a good company. But to lock someone into something and force them to remain customers is crazy. This company should not be in business. Going to stick with my BOB from here on out!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers deserve to know about my experience.

I purchased a product from Sugar Baby Care expecting it to be a one-time purchase. What I didn’t realize until afterward was that a subscription had been automatically selected during checkout. Instead of asking customers if they want to subscribe, the subscription is preselected and must be manually deselected. Because I didn’t notice it, I was automatically enrolled.

Less than three weeks after receiving my first order, I was charged nearly $40 to ship another bottle before I had even had enough time to determine whether I liked the product or if it worked for me. At no point did I intentionally sign up to receive recurring shipments.

The most disappointing part has been customer service. I contacted them multiple times requesting that the subscription be canceled and explaining that I had not intended to enroll in recurring deliveries. Rather than helping resolve the issue, my requests were denied. It felt like keeping the recurring charges was more important than providing good customer service or correcting what was clearly an honest mistake.

Because of this experience, I no longer have any interest in trying the rest of their products. My review is not based on the quality of the product itself—I haven’t had enough time to use it to fairly judge whether it works. My one-star rating is based entirely on the purchasing experience, the automatic subscription enrollment, and the refusal to cancel it when I reached out for help.

My advice to anyone considering ordering from Sugar Baby Care is to carefully inspect your cart before checking out and make absolutely sure you are not unknowingly enrolled in a recurring subscription. If you do have an issue, don’t expect customer service to be accommodating based on my experience.

I hope the company changes its checkout process to make subscriptions an opt-in choice instead of something customers have to notice and opt out of. That would create a much more transparent and customer-friendly experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is a fraudulent company. Signed me up for a subscription without my consent. I only bought a one time purchase. Customer service won’t cancel or respond. Filed with the BBB. Got a response from the BBB that the business never responded. DO NOT ORDER!!

This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced, it's been 14 days since my order was placed and still has not shipped, no response from CS and no way to get a refund.
I would not recommend to anyone and moving forward for every add I see on any platform it will receive the same energy. Just rediculous.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sugarbaby Skincare. What started as a simple purchase turned into an unwanted subscription that I neither needed nor wanted. The subscription terms were not made clear enough during the ordering process, and I was surprised to discover I had been enrolled in recurring monthly shipments.
The most frustrating part has been dealing with customer service. When I contacted them to cancel the subscription, I was told that I could not cancel until after completing three months of shipments. Forcing customers to continue paying for products they no longer want is unfair and leaves a very negative impression of the company.
A customer-friendly business should make it easy to cancel a subscription at any time, especially when a customer is dissatisfied or no longer needs the product. Instead, I felt trapped in a commitment I did not knowingly agree to.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Sugarbaby Skincare. The products may be fine, but the subscription policy and lack of flexibility from customer service have completely overshadowed any positive aspects of the brand.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A FAT ZERO!

I wanted to try this product ONE time ONLY to make sure I would not have an allergic reaction. I went to purchase one time, and was ILLEGALLY signed up for a subscription somehow...I was NOT asked to subscribe for this product. I did not realize it until I saw a charge for a second order. So, I sent FOUR emails to have this fixed. NO response. I tried to cancel it on the website, but there is no option to cancel. I called the number on the website, NOTHING...I was told I was added to a callback list but NEVER received a call back from them. This has been a HORRIBLE experience and one that I do not want anyone else to go through.

At this point, I have sent a final email letting it be known I do not wish to have a subscription, didn't choose to have a subscription, do not send me another product, do not charge me another dime, or I will dispute it with my credit card company. I have made it up in my mind that they are SCAMMING people out of their money which is HORRIBLE. I do not want it!!!!!

Just like everyone else unhappy with their experience overall. I was unknowingly enrolled in subscriptions after making a one-time purchase, leading to unauthorized recurring charges and unwanted product shipments. I found it extremely difficult to cancel these subscriptions or manage their orders, with attempts to contact customer service via email and phone often going unanswered. Now I'm having to dispute charges with their credit card companies due to these persistent billing issues.

Dont do it. One time purchase results in a forever subscription that you can't cancel on the website or app.

This skin care has broken my skin out I tried calling leaving voicemails and emailing no one answers but they continually take money out of my account every month I made one purchase and unknowingly gotten into a monthly subscription. Do not buy this product I’m actually looking to sue!

I decided to try the face wash and placed an order. A few days later I received the tracking info, but it showed the label was cancelled. I attempted to reach out to customer service several times and received no answer. After days of trying to speak with someone, I finally reached a human. I decided to cancel my order. If this is the level of service to be expected, then I’m not interested in their product.

I wish there was a 0 star… HORRIBLE! First of all, the customer service never answers the phone and you have to try at least days!!
Second: products don’t really work anddddd lastly but definitely must important is that they return policy is a trick, a huge lie! Don’t buy these products… I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but people NEED to know this before they buy these products! Don’t waste your money on them….

While the actual turmeric face wash is wonderful, it has charged my card for a subscription ($40) that I did not sign up for. When I called to see if there was something that could be done to resolve this, I was told that I would keep getting charged until three payments were complete because a purchase has a contract in review portion of the purchase

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...
DO NOT PURCHASE from them. You will be entered into a membership subscription that you can't get out of. I have tried to cancel on their site with no success. I have called their customer service number and never get a response. Someone called me called me back but pretended not to hear me and said they have to get other callers in the que and hung up. I have been trying to cancel since March. I will be disputing the charges from my bank and will get a new card issued.
