Be careful before you deal with these people. They’ll convince you that you can carry forward your reservation money to your next booking because once you change your ticket then that’s when they’ll start talking about this and tht about airline. My advice. You get a good deal with them go for it but don’t let them convince you about holding your money.
They’re super friendly until they get your money and then they’ll tell you about policies and all

I started with phone call for trip to kenya and uganda for 14 nights 3 months ago.
I was dealing with Mahek. She was amezingly good at sorting out our prices to booking flights. She was always very polite and willing to help all the times.
When it came to do visa for all. Saad in visa department done every thing so proffetionally. All in all they both made my group booking so smooth. Mahek also help me check in too.

Was refered to Sufi travels & tours by a dear friend and fell into the hands of Saad. The best decision ever, that i made on bringing my 3 boys 14yrs,12yrs and 6yrs. The first day i talked to Saad, he assured me to "NOW relax". For sure,i did. He literally carried all the burden.His communication till the end was impressive- with me, my sister in Zimbabwe, who was to take the boys to the airport and with the children themselves. I remember Saad had to go for me to Qatar office at Heathrow, to sort the paper work.My money was inadequate for my 6yr old boy's escort fee, he simply covered for me and i repaid the next day. He was in touch 24/7,explaining and updating.My wife and i are really happy clients.I strongly recommend. that whenever, you think of travelling,...Sufi is the way to go. Bravoo Saad.
