I had the same experience. I ordered at the same time. When I contacted them via the email address listed in the legal notice, I received an error message. I've now opened a case with PayPal. I hope I get my money back.

No delivery, no response, and misleading information
I ordered from SuffKanone on April 6th, 2026, and as of today (April 15th), I still haven’t received anything.
I was provided with a tracking number, but it has remained on “Awaiting Information” the entire time — which effectively means the order hasn’t even been handed over to the carrier.
What’s more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I reached out via email twice (April 10th and April 13th) and have received no response at all.
This is especially frustrating given that their website clearly states delivery within a few days. In fact, if I place a new order today (April 15th), they claim delivery between April 20th and 22nd — which simply doesn’t align with my experience.
Another red flag: their website advertises a Trustpilot rating of 4.8/5. However, when checking Trustpilot, there are no reviews available at all.
They also state that the product is “handgefertigt” (handmade), but visually it closely resembles items widely available on AliExpress. I can’t confirm if it’s the exact same product, but it certainly raises questions about the accuracy of that claim.
At this point, I have no product, no updates, and no replies — just a tracking number that goes nowhere.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
