Impossible to place an order!
Tried to place an order on this website, after selecting the items I wanted to purchase I went to the checkout page. Here I entered my name & address and email address as usual, but there was nowhere to enter my payment information. Instead, there was a large purple panel at the bottom of the page which said:
Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.
That's weird. So I thought, ok I'll call... but there's no phone number anywhere on the website. Right, let's email then... nope, no email either. No customer service information.
Then I look at the website with a more critical eye. There are just five dropdown tabs - (1) types of succulents, (2) buy succulents, (3) buy artifical succulents, (4) plant pots, and (5) resources.
Option (2) contains lots and lots of pots and artifical succulents, but very few real succulents. Option (3) does contain artifical succulents. Option (4) contains some of the pots from option (2), but also includes lots more artificial succulents.
Is this a genuine website? Or has someone just copied information from a variety of other websites? If so, why??
