I’ve been in the trading industry for…

I’ve been in the trading industry for years, and SuccessTrader is by far the worst brokerage experience I’ve ever had. Their customer service is absolutely horrible — good luck getting a response when you need urgent help. It feels like their owners are more interested in posting vacation photos than actually running the business.

What’s even worse is the amount of hidden fees they sneak in. You think you're getting competitive rates until your statements start showing mystery charges that no one at the company can (or will) explain.

If you're a serious trader looking for a reliable platform, SuccessTrader is not it. You are just a number to them, and they make that very clear with their lack of communication and disregard for client needs. This place is a revolving door of retail traders getting burned. Definitely not recommended for professionals who value transparency, service, and respect.
