Not so happy with the service.
Not many are using traditional agenda’s anymore these days. At least as far as I see in my surroundings. And if so, they are small and used next to the Smartphone.
Since 1965 I have been using a succes agenda. The ones with an annually renewed interior with a day-by-day agenda part and a lot of practical information on separate sheets in separate sections. Very and they come in sturdy boxes that can easily be archived and stored. Normally I buy them at the bookstore, but because of circumstances that did not work this year and I had to order int online. And what would be a better source than the official site of the succes agenda company.
Well, any source would probably have been better. It took them weeks to send the content, because of bad weather!
When I finally received the package, it was incomplete and not in the regular cassette, but in parts with pages loose in the envelope.
After reclamation they answered that, according to them everything was send following the order, which it wasn’t.
The next mail I send was answered by Mario van Adrichem (klantenservice!) and blew my mind: they could not take it back because agendas lose their value after being delivered. Well, mine didn’t have any value before being delivered.
The third mail wasn’t worth answering at all, obviously. No reaction.
Conclusion, if you ever think of ordering anything at succesagenda, read this post and think twice.
