DHL for delivery into Russia for personal use - very-very uncomfortable.
Device - very funny!

I bought the Subwing for a friend that lives in Key Largo. We used to snorkel behind the boat all the time to scout for good reef, lobster etc.. When I found out about the Subwing, I was excited about the maneuverability & had to have one. The package arrived in perfect condition & at first I was impressed with the overall design. We took the wing out the next day & had a total of 3 rides which were about 5 minutes each. When we got back to the dock, we rinsed the wing off with the rest of our gear. We went out the next day to go fishing & decided to take the wing along for a few rides on the way back. While riding out to our fishing spot, I noticed a loose rope on the wing.
This happened while sitting on the front seat of the boat not while being ridden. I didn't know that it was attached via a crimp at first because it was covered with heat shrink. So after removing the heat shrink & revealing the crimp, my first thought was how could this high quality product have ever been designed with such a poor rigging method? The crimp didn't even appear to be deformed / crimped as it was still perfectly round. Fast forward to day 3 after repairing the rigging, the second inside stringer failed. Day 4 after the second repair, one of the outside stringers came out of the crimp in the board. At this point it was a total failure with no way to fix the problem due to the board crimp being internal. $170 down the drain. I'm just glad that I didn't attempt to purchase the carbon fiber wing when it was supposedly being sold for $800. In conclusion, the Subwing is a good idea & actually performs well for a few rides before the rigging fails. I don't know what kind of rope was used, but it should be dyneema. The board rigging points should have been stainless steel swivel D-rings so the rope can be replaced in the future. The inside stringer attachment point to the outside stringer should have been a stainless ring tied with a butterfly knot. No matter what kind of rope is used, it will eventually weaken & need to be replaced. Therefore, the board should be set up so it can be re-rigged when that day comes. I was very disappointed with this product & angry that my friends gift is no longer functional.

I ordered two of the carbon fiber units. These are $600 to $800 each. Keep that in mind.

A rope broke at the attachment on the third run. One has a bunch of water sloshing around in it.

Should be built better for this price.

I like this sport activity , and I look forward to see more new wing designs or limited editions.

I was extremely impressed with the timeliness of the delivery from Subwing. We have not been able to try the product out as of yet (it is still a little chilly in Michigan) but from from looking at the quality of the material that the subwing is made of and how it is constructed, we are anticipating nothing but fun. I place my order at 20.03.21 and i order SB mask, SB rope, SB mount SB shark.
Till now i received SB mask, mount, rope AND I PAID 140 Euro EXTRA for border and shipping (for shiping allready paid 42.58$).But i never get informed for this extra costs and i dont received SB shark till today 11.04.21 . I cant imagine how much money i have to pay till the end

and i cant understand why you have to send 2 packages for 1 order..

We ordered a subwing, a roap and a go pro equipment on the 30 /11.We still haven't received it.But we are not complaining because of this . After we ordered and paid 200 euros,we received a call, a few days later, from DHL informing us that there is an extra cost for duty and taxes that we need to pay extra in order to receive our package, the amount is 113, 30 euros extra. You do understand that it is your responsibility to inform your clients about such issues. And not found out about the extra cost days after the order and the payment. You don't know if someone is willing to pay extra. Never received an email (at least ) from you informing us about the extra cost!

I enjoy my sub-wing, they shipped my replacement harness quickly.
BUT... International shipping from Norway cost more than the product itself! I am disappointed they don’t have any way to do North American distribution from North America.

Simon, I saw the harness on Amazon in many countries, but it wasn’t currently available.
Another frustration with shipping was you wouldn’t send to the USA ZIP Code for the US territory I live in 96913, even though we have DHL here.
I had to send my harness to a friend in Texas where it was then sent to my home address via USPS for five dollars

We absolutely love these Subwings . They suit all ages and are so much fun to use . I have a launch that at the lowest speed is just under 4 nts and they work so well . We do have two that adds to the fun . 100% recommendations .

Being addicted to underwater life and sailing, I couldn't resist and immediately ordered my first subwing.
The product arrived in Israel (from Norway) after 3 days only, and I was informed on shipping and delivery status by facebook messenger online.
Now, I can't wait to try the subwing once lockdown is released

Great product but my rope tore on the first try, wish to have better quality

This is our second Subwing. Now we can tow two "subwingers" at the same time. What an outstanding product! If you think the videos make "subwinging" look fun, you need to get one of these. It's everything the manufacturer says it is and then some. Our Family engages is all manner of watersports (Wake surfing, diving, snorkeling, tubing, fishing, etc.) but when the visibility is good here in the Florida Atlantic all we want to do is Subwing.

Subwing arrived in about 3 days with several updates from DHL as to its journey to our house.

Highly recommend.
