Quick service. It took less time then informed. Delivery to the door less than 2 days.

Avoid like the plague. Says on the website that the product is compatible with Canon LP-EC. Totally is not. When I then contacted them about it they said that "it is compatible with that Canon using the battery LP-E6 but it does not say that our dummy battery substitutes the LP-E6". How can a dummy charger be compatible if it doesn't work? Want me to pay for the return when make false claims on their website.

About the delivery, we were home (2 persons) at the scheduled time but still there was a notification from TNT that nobody were home. It also said that a message was left but that was not the case. No missed calls om my mobile phone and no note im my postage mailbox. Then when I contacted TNT they said I should supply my phone number to them but that was already available for them! Then after the weekend the delivery guy showed up and we got the package,

Incredibly slow delivery. A week after my order I was sent this Trustpilot link, two weeks after I placed the order the item still hasn't arrived.

Communication around order is good and the support is quick, correct and helpful.

They suck. I ordered a Lithium polymer battery that in the specs indicates should work as a replacement for both the transmitter and receiver units of an Educator ET-300 dog-collar, which is what I have.

Well, it didn’t fit into the receiver, which is where I needed the replacement. After some search, it turns out there are two different sizes, one larger for the transmitter, one smaller for the receiver. This was the wrong one, it doesn't fit into the receiver unit.

They were completely thick headed when I explained that simple fact (five emails or so). Then they kept claiming I had ordered the wrong item, even though anyone can see "ET-300 (receiver, transmitter)" is indicated on their webpage... (After reading their response: they still claim the same thing. How thickheaded can you be?)

In the end, they would let me return the order, but have me pay for shipping the battery back, at a cost not much lower that the cost of the battery.

Just stay away from them. There are other vendors that are so much better. I have by now been able to get the right battery from a very professional and fast supplier, batteryupgrade.se

Incidentally, that order confirmation also says the battery they shipped is a replacement for an ET-300 receiver. Well, in this case it really is - installed and working already. Highly recommended supplier.

Försökt få kontakt med kundservice eftersom de skickat fel sak men inget svar. Tried to get in touch with their customer service after they sent wrong item but they never reply. A worthless company. Dangerous and harmful company, stay away from them!!

My experience is that this cmopany to not at all delivery in the time frame promised on their home page.

I have ordered three different products from them and most often they promise a dlivery time withing 10-14 days, but in reality we are talkong about a delivery time of 2 months.

Their responsetime on mail is quite fast but they always promise delivery 5-10 days from the day you contact them - but in reality the day for delirey just gat postoned on and on.

I do not recomend this company if you want to have things delivered in time.

Perfect delivery

The service and time to expedite the order was very good.
However the battery length sent was 48 mm.4 mm too long.
The old battery to be replaced was 44 mm in length.
The difference of 4.mm was critical due to permitted space in the electric razor and could not be adapted to the older razor.
I was forced to abandon the repair until some time later..
