Good product, great price
The battery I ordered works just fine! Price was half of what other merchants had to offer, and shipping was cheap. It was also well-packaged during transport.

Everything is ok
Everything is ok, with perfect order management and quick delivery from Berlin. But the TNT company which is responsable for the delivery from the Swedish airport to the buyer's address is not working well at all. I have had problem twice already with goods from Subtel. I would very much prefer PostNord instead.

Bought battery advertised for my laptop…
Bought battery advertised for my laptop which was supposed to be 3200mAh. Once installed, i noticed the battery had lousy performance and only delivered 2200mAh.
When i contacted customer support i was told i bought the wrong battery despite being advertised for my laptop model.
I was given a choice to send the product back at my cost to then buy the other battery(which was advertised for completely different laptop models).
Customer service promptly stopped the communication when i was looking for another solution.

Good products, good service.
Unfortunately they send with TNT who has the lousiest and most disgusting customer policy. They never advice when they will deliver. I was not at home, we agreed on a new shipping day. I stayed at home all day and waited but they did not come. Came the day after but then I was not home. Totally disgusting courier.
