The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. Worst quality batteries. They say three years of guarantee. And when you face a problem after 2 years they ask to show the original battery. Who keeps an old battery for 2 years after changing it?

Fast shipping, but unclear battery type
I ordered a battery and a charger for a camera. It was pretty cheap even with shipping, and it only took one week to arrive.
But the battery I bought was different from the charger, even though it said it was for the same camera.
Turns out, there are different variations of that single camera, with different batteries it uses.
It was not very clear on the website,
but it did kind of say that the battery and charger didn’t fit together in the description.
It looks like they also sell bundles with the same battery and charger which don’t fit together. That is kind of questionable.
I mailed customer support to get a refund, and I got a mail with lots of instructions and all the information you need. But if you are gonna refund you need to pay for shipping yourself (which you probably also need to do everywhere else), which can cost more than the item itself.

We are sorry for the inconveniences. For every item there is a compatbility table down the page. If all the informations in the table are correct, it will fit. In this case in said ''Not compatible with NP-90'', which is the model you have.
