Easy buying process, good communication, quick and timely delivery. Products as described.

Ordered a laptop battery from them back in March 2025. After 7 months, the battery started to fail majorly which made me contact them for a replacement. The process was super smooth and I received the replacement the following week.

I got the product I needed although it was black and I wanted a white one. But it was delivered quickly and on time.

The battery does not work with Lenovo ThinkPad T530 even though it is specified to work with this specific model. Subtel wants me to pay for the return shipping to Germany, even though I bought this on their Danish website. So I am stock with a defective battery that will cost me the same to return as the cost of the battery itself. I will avoid ordering from this company in the future.

I have nothing against the prices or quality of what Subtel is selling. What I have issue with is the use of UPS as carrier, and ONLY UPS.
My experience with UPS is that they don't give 2 thoughts when it comes to private consumers, and it was the same this time. As long as a company is relying completely on UPS I can't give more than 3 stars because it will lead to poor service.
Use a second supplier and the rating will go up.

I bought a battery for Tom tom and in less than 2 months it was depleted.

The laptop doesn’t work with the delivered battery although stated as compatible.

In the begining of August 2024 I have bought (online) an after market batery for my old laptop - Lenovo Legion Y530
In the begining of November the baterry has swollen (after maximum 200 recharges with a lot of care from 20% to 80% .- I am user with experience).
The support wanted to send my a new one, but in 6 weeks so, I have asked for a refund, and they accepted. I have gotten my refund in a good time on my danish bank account.

**This industry of rechargeble bateries is very hard for retailers, (no matter for laptops or phones even electrical bicycles, I don't know for cars...) but at least my experience was good with Subtel, even if I would have liked a healthier batery... maybe with new tehnologies in the future

Subtel har ydet en sublim service, da DAO ikke kunne finde ud af at levere pakken fra Subtel.
Her har Subtel tilbudt mig valget mellem enten at få sendt varerene igen, eller få refunderet det fulde beløb.
Og deres service team har været både hurtige og flinke til at svare, samt ordne sagen.
Så vil helt sikkert anbefale Subtel med alle 5 stjerner.

Just the job. Perfect.

Bought an adapter that split usbc to earphones and usbc charging port.
First adapter had a loose connection.
Contacted customer support who sent a working replacement.

I was also skeptical because the prices were so low. But I did receive what I ordered, delivery was as quick as indicated, and when it turned out that I had chosen one incorrect product, the service team worked with me to help me return that product for a refund. The other product works as advertised. So I’m happy I took the chance.

I found a set of batteries that I thought fit my old Festool drill, they were sent and arrived okay but unfortunately I were not attentive enough to the specifikations so they did not work, when I contacted customer support they helped me figure out the problem and said I could sent the batteries back to Germany, a few days later I received my full refund. Batteries are tricky especially out of production old model ones, but would use again.

Ordered 19 marts - 26 marts still no trace, and customer service is not availble !! E-mail Recieved from customer service with the same info that i see.. they cant find my parcel!! Can not recommend - buy somewhere else!!!!
