Great Product! Even Greater People!

Subsplash has provided a tool that has allowed our ministry to transcend and maintain a presence in the earth. I thank God for Kelsey Lindor and the entire Subsplash team for providing such a great tool that can help any ministry grow! It is intuitive, fast, easy and cutting-edge!

Subsplash is first in class!

Subsplash is first in class!

The platform and support service at Subsplash is simply the best! They are always making fine-tuned adjustments to the platform, have an amazing New Update feature right in the dashboard that they stay active in, and anytime I need to I can reach out for a strategy call. I feel like Subsplash is like a part of our church team.

Exceptional Products

The products that Subsplash offers are exceptional! We have been pleased with our online giving platform, as well as the communication tools offered through the app. As an organization they are responsive to correcting issues and providing enhancements as requested by customers. With that being said, if you ever need to talk to some one URGENTLY, it's not going to happen. The business model they use for interacting with customers is ONE SIDED. It does not, and is not based on customer need, but rather THEIR CONVENIENCE. When you finally make contact with someone they are usually eager to help. They are not good at managing the time difference between their west coast office and other time zones.

Subsplash is incredibly user friendly. Even someone, like me, with no previous experience, can quickly navigate and learn the ins and outs of building and maintaining content for their app. My only wish is that we had chosen Subsplash earlier.

The must have all in one ministry tool!

Fantastic Ministry Tool! Mobile App, Website, Streaming and Giving platform all in One. Subsplash has become the connective center of our entire church body. In the age where online service is no longer a question but a requirement, there is a big difference in being a church online or being the online church. At Central Triad Church, Subsplash has made the difference for us.

Buyer Beware

Very disappointed in the ability of our app. At this point, everything is just a redirect to our website.

Customer service is severely lacking as you have to schedule a meeting to talk to anyone and they are generally 2 weeks out.

The cancellation process is awful. You have to schedule a meeting for another sales pitch, and pay 3 months of service is you aren't within a month of your annual renewal.

Subsplash neglects its duties

Subsplash neglects its duties. The company takes no responsibility for mistakes on its system. There is no IT team support, and it placed my credit in flux. I never authorized recurring gifts. Yet an email notification indicated a large amount would be taken out of my bank account at the end of the same month another large gift had been given. I checked my account to see what I can do, hoping I could cancel. The system showed I have no recurring gifts. I’ve attempted to message, to contact, to resolve the issue before the money is scheduled to be withdrawn tomorrow, to no avail. There’s no way to contact the company whatsoever. I messaged the company on Facebook, with a automated response regarding going on website or emailing to learn more about Subsplash. I received no response to my immediate concern.
This platform is negligent and only interested in getting a monthly payment from churches subscribed to service.
This is very concerning.
