No service
I have been eating at this place for over 30 years now. Was there when they started. First many years the service was great, as soon as there was more than 1 person waiting they always called for help and got service within 1 minute. Today, it has all changed. Today, 4 people working and 2 customers in line. We had to wait 8 minutes to get serviced.
1 worker was checking inventory, 1 worker was making sandwiches for online customers and 1 worker was on a break (that is fine) and the last one was making a sandwich for a customer, but we were two standing line just waiting.
Do the inventory when nobody is there!
Take the customers in the shop first before the online!
I eat there 2-3 times a week, but the prices are high now and the amount of food in the sandwiches is much less than before. I am so close to just stop buying there anymore.
