I purchased something on 11/12. Before placing the order, I asked whether they could guarantee that I would receive it before Christmas, and they confirmed that they could. I even paid for the most expensive shipping option available to make sure it would arrive on time. However, it seems that they shipped it via regular mail. Since 12/12 there has been no update on the tracking number, and no one from the company has responded to the messages I have sent through their website. I don’t know if or when my package will arrive, but I will definitely think very carefully before ordering from them again.

I recently purchased a product from Subsonic, and overall, my experience has been genuinely positive, even with a slight issue upon delivery.

Fantastic service! Emailed in for tech help and got a good detailed email back of help which instantly worked! Can't thank enough for such quick yet helpful service especially when your 12yr old is desperate to get playing! Will definitely recommend knowing the support I had.

Honestly they look pretty cool and my son loves it. The only problem was building them, the pieces doesn't match easily, hard to build... even more when you do it alone.

I bought a set with a headset a mouse and a keyboard, the mouse stopped working after two weeks , the keyboard stopped at the same time and the headset had a microphone that did not work ; do not buy their products.

Customer service was second to none! After communicating back and forth with the details of my problem and giving them the information they needed, customer service was able to help me out. I completely recommend Subsonic products to anyone. First class company in my book.

I have written to this company 4 weeks ago, and they feed you lies and don’t respond after saying they will do something.

Bought a Harry Potter chair, for my wife’s birthday. Was faulty with cracks on the top of the chair. Contacted subsonic who sent out a replacement with same fault. Then after sending more emails they Failed to reply to my emails, sent further emails with evidence of the faults, then accused me of lying and requested proof of the 2 faults. Failed to give me their complaint procedures, failed to get a manager to call me to discuss. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be aware shop elsewhere!!!

First of all: I paid a hefty amount of shipping fees compared to the price of the product (Steering Wheel).

After they sent me a broken product, I attempted to contact them, but they brushed it off.

They only took me seriously after I opened a dispute at Paypal.

After all of this, they expect me to return the product at my own cost.

I don't recommend this store at all. Both the purchasing as well as the return process was a terrible experience in both effort as well as financially.
