Originally sent incorrect garment (which was also visible damaged/frayed, so this should've been my first red flag!) and did not receive a full refund for the return ($8 handling fee got deducted from the amount I paid, even though the return was initiated through no fault of my own because they literally sent me the wrong garment). Then I made the mistake of purchasing another garment from them (Lee Satin Dress) and it is so cheaply made with gaping holes in the lace and fraying threads at the base of the zipper, it was unwearable and I had to return it. The return is taking a while to process so hoping I get my money back. The only redeeming factor is the Auguste maxi dress is half decent.

For anyone purchasing anything from this company I would be extremely careful. They don’t include taxes and they say there is a flat fee but mine turned up with an extra charge of 150 Austalian dollars or £70 which if I had known in advance I would not have purchased
Then they refuse to give any refund until they get the dress back which could be a while. It also wasn’t 2-3 working days
Basically never again and god knows when I will get a refund
