Ordered sandals from Stylishoe and had confirmation that these would arrive promptly.

Three weeks later they arrived though were the wrong size - size too big.

After exchanging a few emails - initially denying they were the wrong size - despite the label differing from the order - I was told I could return them at my own cost to China …! Not cheap.
None of this is made clear when you purchase.

Now left with a cheap pair of sandals which don’t fit.

Ordered walking shoes, poor quality, did not fit, no communication/response from seller. Took ages to arrive. These people should not be allowed to trade. AVOID, AVOID AVOID

Do not buy from this company took 4 weeks to arrive and when it did it was gar to small the size i orderd would have fit but the size they sent would not fit a child rubbish

Bought shoes in June 2025 which when they arrived were clearly incorrectly sized. Returned shoes in the original packaging with the 30 day return time frame, paying my own postage and I am still waiting for a refund.

I was just about to purchase an "Eliana Dress" on the Stylishoe website but decided to ask them, "Where are your dresses made?" I have sent FIVE emails including one reply to their offer of 15% off -- NO RESPONSE! Reading other reviews, I suspect this is a China-based company who make cheap copies + sometimes send the wrong item completely. People believe the photos + get cheated. I hope UK citizens know to use their rights + instigate a Disputed Purchase Claim with their UK credit card company, with whom you have a 2nd contract. I ALWAYS get my money back this way - 30x in 20 yrs. Contact Consumers Association in London for details. Since Oct 2015 the UK has the BEST Consumers Rights in the world -- HONESTLY!
It DOES work with any company selling INTO the UK as well.

You may of seen adverts across the web re these so called "Genuine Leather Loafers" - they are not Leather they are PVC (or similar). The catch is that they can't be sent back to the scoundrels as they originate from China where UK return postage is almost £20.00 for a pair of loafers that were reduced to £29.99 + 4.99 postage. I've also noticed that these loafers are now advertised on other web sites between £ 8.99 and £11.99, what a con !!!

Ordered a dress. It looked nothing like the advertised product - was about 1 metre shorter! - and awful quality. Rude customer service and you have to pay yourself to return to China. This is basically a SCAM. Avoid.

Sent me wrong size they tell its correct size ,offered me 30% off another pair or send back the pair at my own cost to China, there sizing chart they sent me is totally wrong, you can get the same shoes on temu for £8

A complete scam. The shoes are sub standard and trying to get refunds is impossible.
Do not touch this lot with a fifty foot barge pole.

My wife ordered soft leather cut out slip ons from this company (half price if ordered today) & received something completely different 🫣.These were horrible embroidered cloth that I would be ashamed to put in the Charity bag. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this website. The returns policy is to return them to China at your expense & after inspection you might get a refund😤

I recently bought a 2 pairs of shoes that were advertised as real leather . It looks like it was a scam and have asked the company if they are real and still waiting for a reply 3 days on

Order was incorrect, and shoes were even different to that. Took ages to arrive. Contacted via email which wasnt very helpful as have to resend product at my cost to china!

Trainers/walking shoes were low priced and quality about as good as you can expect at this price. Didn't realize they were shipping from China so delay in receiving which would have put me off. Half sizes were what appealed as I normally have to buy the bigger size. 9 instead of 8.5. Have worn a few times in last couple of weeks , fit is good but sole is VERY thin and I can feel every stone on rough ground. Not sure how durable they are but will probably donate and go back to regular but higher priced supplier. Unlikely to buy again.

Shoes deliverd on time. Thats about it, Im afraid! On the 24th July 24th I sent them and email saying shoes not acceptable and I wanted to return for a full discount. All they could do was soffer me 30% off a new pair. So I wrote to them saying I wanted to return with full refund but got no reply so on email again I outlined the problem as follws:--

Very poor customer service.
-Does not reply to emails
-Misleading advertising
-Only offered a very small discount for me to buy new shoes when I said I would return the ones unsuitable for me. A full refund has been requested . Shoes are exactly as purchased in pristine condition and the original order said returns accepted within 30 days.
- clearly a very dishonest company with poorly designed and manufactured products.
-Do not waste your money and valuable time with them.
I eventually got a reply to the above saying it was there policy for a full refund if they were returned at my expense. So OK I thought, I'll do that. Having looked at various return options China post offeered the service for about £12..00 So I reasoned taht thisb was worth it for shoes costing £35.00. Unfortunateley the only return address they will accept is as follows:-

well Ok again I thought and started to fill out the postal request form. Low and behold China Post (and others) will not accept returns without a postal code. On 29th July I requested a postal code and was told the above address is all they have. (So no post code) I cant there arrange to send them back.

ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You are clearly better off walking around in bare feet and spending you money on something useful.

We bought shoes from them. Which didn't fit. I found different waysntonget in touchbwith them and have emailed them 3 times and as yet have received no reply. I don't knownhowntongeg our money back

Wrong size sandal was sent, I must have a child's 12, not an adult 12. I've tried to email the company for a refund and return details.

Very poor quality and was told I would have to return my dress to China at my own expense. They said it was made from cotton and linen but it was, in fact, cheap polyester. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Stay away from this website/company they're scammers, never exchange or refund products. The items your order are totally different from the ones your receiving. Poor quality. Please Don't buy anything from this people, waste of money!!!

This company is a complete scam…it states is head company/office is in regents street London ,when in fact the office in Regents street is just a mail box along with many OTHER COMPANY NAMES. ALL RETURNS HAVE TO BE SENT TO INDIA…COSTING FROM £10 for a matchbox size parcel for the return of a jumper THE COST OF RETURNING this item is costing £22….which when received was the wrong colour,wrong size, wrong material .the cost of the jumper was £24 originally???this company is sending out the most shabby goods and charge for returning the,faulty goods which they have sent out.A Completely UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY. Do not touch them with a barge-pole , unless you have money to throw away. Mrs Stupid..because that’s how I feel.
