I have bought three of these isticks in the last couple of months. They all worked fine for 2-3 weeks before going totally dead. I took all three to the store at Romford Market. I was told that they would not give me a replacements without a receipt. I explained that I have an account and that proof of purchase could be found there as I never ask for a receipt. The chap in the shop refused to even look, insisting on a paper receipt. At £25 pounds a pop, that is very poor.

Generally it is recommended to keep the Box and receipt for up to 6 Months Just in case A fault Which was not caused by user error occurs within this time frame.

Good customer service, patient and kind.
After receiving my rda missing a clamp I contacted the seller and they offered to send out a return label and swap the rda out for me. They were even nice enough to explain return labels to me somewhat, little bummed about having to swap to a different colour but overall good customer support and just glad to have the final piece to my box mod.

Delivery was unfortunately slow, but that doesn't take away the service by styles cloud. The e-liquids flavours were not great again, not styles clouds fault, just a not bad experience and not good experience, but it won't put me off from ordering again.
