They use your money to make interest

This skum bags i believe they hold money to custo.er to get interest , 2 times i order products , they reply after 1 month saying the product i ask they run out , but in site it says on reduce , bla bla ....... they scam people using theyr money to get interest. ... dont order , police should investigate them ..... absolutely scum bags

If you’re happy to wait for weeks, shop here

Love the products but the customer service, delivery times, inaccurate information regarding stock levels on the website and not being informed when something you’ve ordered won’t be in stock for 3 weeks isn’t pleasant.

Great price and extra samples

Everything packed properly, got some extra samples as well. Only one minus is waiting, I ordered it 17th of February and got my order 16th of March. So if you want to order something just know you have to wait bit longer than usual. In overall I had great experience.

Rancid smell in one of my product recently ordered

I rate it 2 stars because I recently placed an order (BWSVFRB1000169612) and one of the product the ceramide ato Concentrate cream illyoon turned bad in a matter of days... Never happened to me before so I wrote a mail about it and all they were able to tell me was that it was not expired but I explained clearly that after less than a week the smell of the cream is rancid, it smells extremely bad all of a sudden and that my skin feels dry after applying which was not the case at first. I just wrote another mail asking for a refund or a replacement with another batch but I'm not hopeful. I spend money on this order so I'm disappointed

Hi since the review I've received an answer. They requested photos of the product, including the packaging, label/sticker, and LOT number, which I provided.
I received another mail from stylevana few days ago informing me that their team was currently investigating your case (a ticket number was provided).
Now I'm waiting, hoping for a refund or at least a replacement from another batch.
I even told them that I was willing to return the defective product if required because it smells so so bad, this product cannot be used.

terrible customer service

i tried to change my order after a couple of hours, seeing i hadn't received a "it has been dispatched" email yet. They wrote back to say they'd contacted the relevant people to cancel my order but could not guarantee that it could be cancelled.
2 days later they offered me 10% discount on the next order if i did not cancel the order, I told them if they can change my order (switch a sunscreen to another one) I would happily go ahead with it.
It has been 5 days, i only just received an email from them to say they are investigating the issue. With most companies, they would have resolved the matter within 2 days max.

It seems from other reviews here that it takes 2 weeks to receive the products, v slow delivery.
Terrible customer service.

Email communication is v slow, took over a week to try change my order, in end, I chose not to change it to aid speed.

Took over 3 weeks for item to arrive. But good products, genuine ones. Only worth it if you organize to order way in advance of when you need it

Feels Like a Scam – Charged, Ignored, Order Not sent

I placed my order last week, and since I hadn’t received any shipping confirmation, courier details, or delivery timeframe, I reached out to ask for an update.

Only then did you inform me that one of the items will arrive on April 24, and that you are waiting for it before shipping the order.

My order date is March 25 — that’s a full month of waiting. I would not have been informed at all if I hadn’t asked.

After that, I requested to cancel the order, but you stopped responding, while the payment has already been taken.

Terrible

My experience with Stylevana was absolutely unacceptable and frustrating from start to finish.

After placing my order, I waited more than a month for it to arrive — far beyond any reasonable timeframe or what was indicated at the time of purchase. During that period, communication was almost nonexistent. There was no transparency, no clear updates, and no real effort to inform me about the actual status of my order.

The situation became even worse when I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. Instead of handling my request professionally, I was simply told to keep waiting, and my refund request was essentially ignored. This shows a complete lack of respect for customer rights.

Customer support was extremely disappointing — slow, vague responses with no real intention of resolving the issue. At no point did I feel that the company was genuinely interested in helping or taking responsibility.

Although the prices may seem attractive, the overall experience was so negative that it is simply not worth the risk. The lack of reliability, disregard for customers, and refusal to properly handle refund requests make this store one to avoid.

I will not be purchasing again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Scammer

Scammer, after 2 month still items not dispatched nor they willing to refund me..there customer service named sarah inglewood will reply with same response everyday saying as soon as we get confirmation from our department we will refund you but they never refund you. They took my hard earned money nearly 100 pound. Please never ever shop from this website

Do NOT order from this company!

I ordered sunscreen for a trip I was going on 3 months ahead.
Never received the order but was charged for it.
When I complained, customer service said it would take 6-8 weeks to get an answer from the courier company. Would not issue a refund.
I contacted my credit card company to intitate a chargeback.
Here's the part we need to know....if the credit card company gets enough complaints on STYLEVANA for failed delievery of orders, they can black ball them from using Visa ect.
This company is a sham, please save your money.

Amazing quality for price

At first I was very skeptical and reluctant to place an order because of the reviews I've seen. I was afraid of being scammed. However, after not being able to find better prices elsewhere, I decided to give it a go. Some people were complaining about long delivery times, and that wouldn't have been a problem for me, so I crossed my fingers and ordered.

I placed my order on 14th of March, and already on 23rd it shipped, and on the 28th the DHL unsuccessfully "tried" to deliver it to my house, and on the 31st left it at a DHL Postfiliale close to me. If anything's to comment on here, it's DHL;).

I only tried 1 out of 3 products I ordered and I'm very happy with how it feels on my skin. Amazing price for quality & the products come from the other side of the world!! Patience is expected. Very nicely packed and included a gift sample. Some of the people who left bad reviews because they did not get their order in 2 weeks are delusional, sorry. Cannot recommend this site enough. If you are not in a rush, you should opt for them. You will get great cosmetics at a fraction of the price other websites offer.

I placed an order on February 21

I placed an order on February 21, which arrived at Hong Kong airport on March 4. It was detained due to customs issues and, despite follow-ups and a replacement offer from customer service, it still has not arrived.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and it will be my first and last time ordering from Stylevana. I hope the company improves its shipping and communication processes for future customers.

Order Cancelled After 3 Weeks — Still No Refund

I placed my order on March 10 and waited almost three weeks with absolutely no shipping update. Then on March 30, instead of a dispatch notification, I received a cancellation notice out of nowhere. Even now, the refund has still not been processed.

This is extremely poor service. Keeping a customer waiting for nearly 20 days without any clear communication, only to cancel the order at the end, is unacceptable. If the items were not available, this should have been communicated much earlier instead of leaving customers in the dark.

What makes the situation worse is that the refund is still pending. Customers should not have to chase both their order AND their money.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Stylevana. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them to others.

Poor communication and long delays

I have ordered from Stylevana UK a few times and the customer service has been really disappointing.

One order took over A MONTH to dispatch with no updates at all. I had to contact them myself and only just received it before Christmas.

Another order, I waited around 3 WEEKS
then suddenly got an email saying one item was out of stock and would be refunded.

I asked if it could be replaced with another product but my message was ignored.

I do not usually leave bad reviews but this was frustrating.
The lack of communication and poor customer service really stands out. I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared to wait with little to no updates.

CAREFULLY SCAMMERS!!!I DID NOT GET COSMETICS

I placed an order on 12.02.2026, but the seller sent it to the wrong city due to using the wrong postal code. The package went to Alicún de Ortega, over 300 km away from my address. The courier could not deliver it, and CTT Express returned it to the seller on 19.03.2026. Customer support did not resolve the issue and did not sed me my money back

Scam-like experience: no product, no refund, no response for over a month

I placed an order on 25/02/2026, and as of 28/03/2026, I have still received nothing — no product, no refund, and absolutely no response from customer service.

According to the shipping company, the parcel never progressed properly and was returned to the sender (their warehouse). This means the company is fully aware that the products are back in their possession. Despite this, no refund has been issued and no explanation has been provided.

I have contacted them multiple times through different channels, and every single attempt has been ignored. This is not just poor service — it shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

I paid for this order with money I worked hard for, and being left without both the products and my refund is unacceptable. At this point, there is no justification for the delay, as the situation is already confirmed by their own shipping partner.

I strongly warn others to think carefully before ordering from this website. If something goes wrong, you may be left with no support, no answers, and no resolution.

Unfortunate

While the products are excellent, Stylevana's platform and customer service have plummeted over the past three years. My order was marked as "pending" for three weeks with no movement. When I emailed to ask what had occurred, I was informed it was pending payment. I don't know how my order could have been submitted without payment information. To be offered no apology or recognition that was this a problem with the platform is such poor service. Things happen, glitches happen, but I would not have known this had I not taken the initiative to reach out. I replied to ask how this happened and received no response.

Given the quality of service, while Stylevana offered access to brands that were harder to get in the past, success of this company will decline over time as Asian beauty products become more available and consumers have more options. I can see reviewers are being asked to email the support email with their concerns. This is who I have been communicating with this entire time, to no effect.

Shipping delays – not as advertised

I bought 3 products that were advertised as “usually shipped within 24 hours.”

After 8 days, the shipment was only registered with DHL yesterday.

After contacting customer support, I received the tracking number and was informed of the delivery time:

“Shipment would take an average of 6 to 13 working days.”

It’s not worth buying from them. Douglas delivers in 3 days and the price is practically the same.

First and last purchase.

I don’t recommend it.
