I did place an order around the 20th February, I do understand the parcel is coming from far away anyway I never received any updates unless checking the status. Never got a notification that the package was with Dhl, now apparently it was delivered 6 days ago and again no notification neither from dhl nor the website. Contacted the courier and they said to contact the website which I did, I explain what happened and I received an email with tips to find my parcel like check cctv, go and ask at a parcel shop if they have my package which you can't really without a pick up code. Anyway I am going to see what they will do, I know this was the first and last time ordering from them.
I have an update, after the investigation they said ONCE again that dhl says the parcel has been delivered and to ask the neighbours. This is a real disgusting service

I placed my order 4 months ago and I still have not received my parcel.
Each time I contacted support, I was told they would “check with the courier,” but nothing has been resolved. According to the tracking, the parcel was supposedly delivered, but the signature is not mine. I have no idea what happened to my package — whether it was lost or stolen.
I have been contacting them almost every day, and now they have completely stopped responding for weeks.
This is absolutely unacceptable. If there is an issue with their courier, it is NOT the customer’s responsibility. The company must either issue a refund or resend the order.
Instead, they are ignoring me for months.
I strongly warn other customers: be very careful ordering from this company. Based on my experience, this is extremely unprofessional and unreliable service.

Truly the worst shopping experience I had in my life.
(Order #BWSVEUB1000478657). I ordered items listed as '24-hour shipping,' yet nearly 4 weeks later, and they haven't even shipped my order.
The customer support is a complete loop of bot replies that never address the actual issue. Even worse, they are providing completely contradictory information:
March 2nd: I was told by bot 'Rachel Foster' that my order was DISPATCHED.
March 10th: bot 'Mary Sullivan' told me the order was PACKED FOR DISPATCH (Wait, I thought it already left?).
March 12th: bot 'Silvia Todd' told me it is CURRENTLY BEING PACKED.
How can an order go from 'dispatched' back to 'being packed' ten days later? They are clearly lying to stall for time and ignore refund requests. I have been forced to open a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this company if you actually want your products or honest communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order over a month ago and still have no clear update on whether it will even be shipped or if it has been cancelled. I have sent multiple emails to customer service, and they consistently avoid answering my actual question. Instead of providing a clear update, they keep sending generic responses and offering a pointless 10% discount for a future purchase.
That discount is honestly insulting given the situation. After this experience, there will not be any future purchases.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I have ordered from them before without issues, which makes this decline in service even more unacceptable.
I already know they will reply to this review telling me to contact them via email—but that is completely useless, as I have already done that several times and received no real answers.
Very poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

I wish i could rate it as Zero star. Raised my first order on 29jan26, received and found out 4 out of 5 masks are already expired on 03 December 2025, immediately took photos and lodge in a complaint with Stylevana on 12 Feb. So far 1month has passed, no explanations, no refund, no replacement. It's such a pain to deal with this company!

So impressed. Ordered loads of bits and pieces uk site came to £54. Really good value for what I ordered. And only took just over a week to arrive. Would definitely use again!
Placed and payed my order more than a month ago. The next day they said it was packed and ready to leave. Since than no news, no tracking number, radio silence. Asked support for the tracking number, said it was still to be sent. Two more weeks, asked to cancel the order, and to give me my money back and since today no news. SCAM!!!!!

I ordered on the 5th March and it arrived on the 17th March, I had tracking available from about the 11th of march. Although it says dispatched within 24hours is does sometimes take longer but the order always arrives, all sealed and perfectly packed. I’ve ordered many times from stylevana and I’ll continue to do so, but I won’t expect the delivery to be any faster when it’s coming from china.

Yes, you have to wait. I live in Croatia and it takes 15 to 20 days to get my package from Stylevana. So what?
They have really good prices and I always receive my package in good condition.
Also they sell some products that are hard to find elsewhere like 15% and 20% AZ

i have ordered many products in one order BWSVDEB2000368917 from Stylevana on 17.02.2026, around 100euro, but affer 2 weeks I didnt had any info. I sent email and they said they were waiting for 1 product to complete the order, then i said to remove that product and ship immediately. Till now is a month from order date, the order has not been arrived and I dont know the status.
Stylevana is from Hongkong and will ship to Europe.
I will never order again.
Just want to share the experience at Stylevana and recommend not to buy.

I don’t buy the justification that “it’s coming from the other side of the world”!
I’ve had many orders from companies in Asia (I live in Europe) and they’ve ALL managed to deliver my orders in under 2 weeks!
Been waiting 2 weeks for my order from Styvana and nothing has been updated on their shipment tracking in 18 days!!!
There are many other websites we could shop from that are much more competent in delivering the products in time.
I’ve contacted them and they weren’t even trying to be apologetic about their massive incompetence. Just sending me ai generated responses regurgitating the same BS over and over again!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

For starters they make it really hard to notice it’s an asian storefront. Not an issue in itself, but I need to know this won’t be delivered in a few days.
Secondly, when my order got lost between carriers, for more than 4 weeks their support was abysmal. Most responses appeared to be AI generated or written by someone who did not read my messages. When I did get a human they told me to wait while their internal claims process takes place.
I have purchased the product elsewhere and filed a claim with my credit card company. Misleading advertising and not customer oriented at all. Will never shop with them, regardless of price difference,

I ordered skincare products worth 88 EUR . Package arrived in Italy Feb 8 but NEVER moved. Multiple tickets ignored, even their “10 days wait” email from Sylvena . Now ignoring 2 Trustpilot reviews too!
No delivery after 45+ days. EU consumer rights violated. Refund NOW or AGCM complaint! Stylevana scams Europeans with cheap shipping but zero service. AVOID!

Very disappointing with the customer service and shipping experience! I ordered the items on 3rd of March, as my brother was travelling back to Sri Lanka and I wanted to goods delivered by 19th (almost 3 weeks time) however I sent multiple reminder and then on the 12th March they are writing asking for a verification over the address ! And I provided the required documents and they haven’t got back! Very very disappointing!

I had ordered products from Stylevana on 21st Feb, its been 16th March and there is no sign of products. After multiple messages, they said that the courier has been transferred to DHL. However, its been 7 days that there has been no movement on that as well. In 2026, one cannot expect to receive a parcel after a month. There is no way to cancel it. They said I can return it and request refund but I am thinking what if I return it, will I ever get refund too? or would I have to follow up 100s of times to get a reply. Would never ever recommend this site to anyone. I am from Germany so i can give benefit of doubt for a few days...but not for a month.
