If I could give zero stars I would!
I ordered a pair of shorts for my husbands birthday. After several weeks I chased up my order as they still hadn’t arrived. I was suspicious that these were probably being shipped from China & not London as advertised.
The shorts eventually arrived. In a cheap plastic bag. Although they were £29. & looked of good quality & style in their pictured advertising the shorts, the material was cheap & horrible. I wouldn’t have paid £3 for them. They were also huge & badly made. I emailed the company & asked where I could return for a full refund. After a week or so I got a reply advising that although they call themselves styles for you London the warehouse is in Asia (as suspected!) They offered me a 15% refund & says I could keep the shorts. Why would I want to?!
I replied and said no, I want a full refund. They then offered me a special refund of a slightly higher amount & says I could keep the shorts. Again I declined their offer. I’ve since tried to look on the original website & can’t access it. I then looked into the company further to see that the company had dissolved several years ago?
So to sum up I’m left being £29 out of pocket, had to buy another pair of shorts from a reputable UK retailer at half the price for husbands birthday.
I think the only thing the shorts are fit for is a duster!!!
