As a long-time user of the Motors theme, I've generally been satisfied with its performance. However, my recent experience with their support team has left me thoroughly disappointed, hence the one-star rating.

After updating to the latest version of the Motors theme, we encountered a troublesome header issue on our website. Recognizing the urgency, we promptly reached out to their support team, creating not one, not two, but four tickets detailing the issue we were facing. Additionally, to ensure clarity, we even provided a video illustrating the problem in detail.

Despite our proactive efforts and multiple attempts to seek assistance, we were met with a deafening silence from the support team. It's disheartening to note that our last ticket, which remains unresolved, has been left untouched for the past five days. This lack of response not only showcases a disregard for customer concerns but also highlights a glaring inefficiency in their support system.

As a customer, I understand that technical issues may arise, but what truly matters is the responsiveness and commitment of the support team to address these concerns promptly. Unfortunately, in this regard, Motors theme's support fell short of expectations, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced.

In conclusion, based on this regrettable experience, I cannot in good faith recommend the Motors theme to others. A reliable and responsive support system is paramount in the realm of website management, and unfortunately, Motors theme failed to deliver on this front.

Paid for the lifetime version.

The calculator is horrible! so many bugs, that you some times have to start over completely.

When you are finally done with the calculator and you want to edit things, it wont work. You will have to build a new from scratch, getting everything right from the beginning

I recently purchased a theme from StyleMixThemes on Themeforest, attracted by the promise of compatibility with both motorcycle and car rentals. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the theme only caters to car rentals.

Misleading Description: The theme description claimed compatibility with motorcycle rentals, which turned out to be false.
Unresponsive Customer Service: I reached out to StyleMixThemes for a refund just 10 minutes after the purchase, explaining the discrepancy. Unfortunately, my request was denied, demonstrating a lack of consideration for customer concerns.

Overall Experience:
My experience with StyleMixThemes has been disappointing. The misleading description and the refusal to process a refund for a product that doesn't meet the promised features are major drawbacks. I cannot recommend this theme or the company's services based on my experience.

I am so glad I haven't risked paying for this bug 🐛 I was playing around the free mode and after a few days, I lost my admin privileges.

When I tried to log in to my WordPress Admin dashboard, I get redirected to the Master Study page. I did not have access to my website. I couldn't even delete the MasterStydy bug until it completely reset my website by uninstalling the entire WordPress via cpanel.

never buy anything from them If you have any questions or problems, technical support will not solve your problem, they will never solve the problem, trust me never, instead they will write to you, you need to buy a paid subscription from them so that they can help you, I bought the Pro version and they also offered me to buy a support package from them in the end they told me that they would help me solve the problem for $4,700 dollars, Do you know when I received this answer? I sent them a ticket to Podershko which the plugin did not work on 10/2023/20 and received a response on 11/2023/15

The "Cancel subscription" button sent me months ago to an error 500 page, I did it many time and it didn't work, and support don't want to refund. Tested just now again, and still error 500 page. So they charged me again !

Opened paypal dispute and they try to win the dispute while they charged me while I asked to not renew. Sent many emails to try to explain their issue, and they don't want to refund.

More of this, the plugin is full of bugs, and the private key for payplug was visible on source codes of my wordpress, big security flaw. The patched after 3 months the issues, without a thanks.

We purchased a theme (Studymaster LMS) from you. Within 3 days we realized that this theme will not suit our needs. (Your website says 14 days money back guarantee - there is NO free trial period available.) We are still struggling to get our money back (it has been over 30 days now!!!) Will not recommend to anyone.

Shocking service, we raised a ticket for support pretty much as soon as we'd paid the subscription fee - we're still waiting for a response 5 working days later and our refund request has been ignored as well.

At StylemixThemes, it is important to think twice before making a purchase. The worst theme we have encountered was not worth the $60 USD we paid for it. The demo showed images and designs that were not present in the actual product, and when we asked for a refund, the customer service was unhelpful and the attitude was arrogant. I bought the theme which is OK. But then I paid U$70 for them to install it. They completely botched the install, wiping out all my site information, content and customer lists. Furthermore they were very dismissive and unhelpful. To add insult to injury they then wrote a public review saying that I'd never paid them to do the install - despite it clearly showing on their own website and me having lots of e-mail proof of purchase. I accept mistakes happen but the service recieved was beyond awful, derogatory and bordering on rude.

I use the Cost Calculator plug-in for my company. We are using it as a marketing tool for our clients to calculate their ROI when using our software. Not only is the plug-in great, but the support is exceptional. I have never had difficulty making an appointment and they will politely help you with anything, no matter how easy it ended up being! Highly recommend.

One of the best investments of our team. We’ve been looking for a good template and Stylemix managed to meet most of our requirements. Motors is beyond our expectations, loved the design and customization opportunities. Glad that they deal with our tickets until solved.

Five stars for LMS. I really love the Masterstudy theme. This theme have everything that you need for make a Great Educational Website.

I would kindly tell everyone that this company is a money laundry and is a JOKE! We have purchased one of their theme Master Study which it says they would give you 24/7 support. Their ticket system also claims 24/7 support and guess what! If you are luck you will get a response to your query. We have many times tried to clarify lots of things that is not working on their theme and all we get is links to their documents which we already followed top-to-bottom.

Igor Ligay - is one of the founders and if you look here on Trust Pilot he is the only one that have actually added 5 star review to his own company!!!

I have already wasted too much time and I am planning to open a law suite against this company if things do not get resolved very soon!

No support, no contact number all they do is get your money and that is all. The theme has lots of programming code issues, when you try to create multiple lesson the same time adding videos the theme just collapse. The udemy functionality for the course only works if you do the affiliate API if you want to create yourself not all options are available.

The motors theme looks great however the theme is consistently broken even with updates. Support says 24/7 but once you have purchased it says 5 working days so that is a week!!! This is not suitable for any business.

When you buy this through themeforrest also have a review system; unfortunately Stylemix continually delete all the bad review, I have reported this to Themeforrest but they seem reluctant to get involved which I can only presume is because Stylemix make them lots of money. It is a shame this theme is build on lies

to be able to deliver a certificate at the end of the courses with :
-the date (the student's completed the course)
-the duration of the course
it is not a standard feature for a course builder theme, you must ask to Stylemix Customization Team, and the price they gave to me was 720 dollars.
In other words, you buy the theme for 70, but if you want the certificates you issue to be dated, you must pay 700

Says they have a 14 day refund policy. When you want to claim your refund due to false expectations, they will not pay your money back.

Luckily it was only 40 USD.

Don't buy anything from these guys.
