When ordering I paid for the customs and shipping cost, but when arriving in my country I had to pay again DHL for the customs fees. Both amount represent what my order costed me....no means to write to any customer service to get my money back.... Disappointed.... Never going to order on that site again or recommending it....

Placed an order 30 days ago. Payed 115 US dollars. Never recieved my order. Tried to reach customer service several times without any luck.

Good price, fast shipping and well protected products. After Olive Young, I would highly recommend Stylekorean for purchasing Korean skincare as they ship by plane which is much quicker than Yesstyle or Stylevana and the price is very much similar with a lot of good deals. The only cons are the check out page couldn't save your details even sign in so you need to refill them every single time, after few hours and there will be a country tax as well at check out around 10-15% it's not too bad because normally they have extra 20-25% discount on top so it made up for the tax and the price overall is cheap.

I placed an oder last month and it arrived after 8-9 days even during boxing day time so I'm quiet satisfied with the service.

My daughter is in cosmetology and recommended this site and COSRx.. I got a full line of low ph face products within one week for $100. Cerum, night cream, moisture, cleanser and sunscreen.. love the line my daughter suggested.. hope this helps..

I got my package in less than a full week. I ordered Friday and got it the next Wednesday. Everything was in perfect order and nothing was broken and boxes were even in perfect condition.

If I could I would give them a 0. I ordered the 20/11/2023 and now it’s 6/12/2023 but my order is stuck in Korea. When I try to contact them through the website it says it’s only for PC. I tried contacting PARXL but they don’t even have a website or a phone to call. I already wrote a lot of messages through instagram to style Korean and Singapore airlines but neither replied. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Placed an order and order was pending for over a week. Reached out to customer service and said half the items couldn't be filled. Do not buy from them they are scammers and will charge your card and not ship out products.

I would rate them zero if possible. The company doesn’t tell you about the custom charge that you have to pay. They advertise free shipping but still you have to pay for the shipping. When I complained about it they sent me a mail saying if I don’t pay the custom fee I have to pay whole around the country shipping fee with the custom fee which was more than what I ordered. Please order from a legit and trustworthy website instead of paying lot more than what is shown. I would never order from this website ever again.

I appreciate the unbeatable price range, it's incredibly competitive. The only suggestion I have is to consider permitting lower order amounts. As a small business owner, it can sometimes be challenging to meet the USD 800 minimum order requirement regularly.

I placed an order with StyleKorean on 9/8/23 and received my order on 9/12/23 - I'm in the US. I have never ordered Asian Beauty products from an overseas company before and I'd read a lot of scary reviews, but the prices were too good to resist. My initial cart total was around $80 (the required amt for free shipping) but with a coupon and using points it took my price to under $70 and I still got the free shipping - most online retailers (in my experience) do not do that, your final cost before tax and after coupons and discounts usually has to meet the threshold or you don't get the free shipping, so I was very happy about that.

After placing the order I received a confirmation email and was prepared to wait for several weeks or longer, as that was what I'd been led to expect from Asian Beauty retailers by reading online reviews. However, less than 4 days later I received a text message from DHL that I would have a package arriving on 9/13/23. I had several outstanding orders pending delivery, and the text didn't say which order this was, and I was not even remotely expecting it to be my StyleKorean order (plus, I'd checked the website a few times and could see that my order was still in "Processing" status.) Then on 9/12/23 I got another text from DHL saying that my package would be arriving that day, a day earlier than expected. This text did include the information that it was a delivery from Korea and I was stunned, it actually beat another order I made on the same day, coming from just a few states away from me!!!

There was a little mixup with DHL making the delivery (gave me the wrong package) but that was cleared up same day and I still had my package before the end of the day.

My items were beautifully packaged, wrapped carefully in honeycomb paper wrap (love that they didn't use bubble wrap!) and protected. I received two free samples with my purchase (a sheet mask and a mini moisturizer) and I could not be happier with my StyleKorean experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer with them and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable ABeauty retailer!

I’ve had no trouble with them. They have good prices and fast shipping. I got all my products within a week of purchasing. Will be coming back

I've used a several other companies selling Korean products but shipping from HongKong such as Stylevana and taking 1.5-2 months which is ridiculous. StyleKorean is coming from Korea and arrived under a week! This website is well priced and reliable.

StyleKorean used to be a reliable website but lately they became scammers! They promote a "click bite" [STYLEKOREAN] 8th Anniversary BOX". My order (Bday gift btw) was placed few days ago, full amount deducted from my card via PayPal. After few days i get an email saying that "[STYLEKOREAN] 8th Anniversary BOX" is out of stock, although was clearly marked available in my order even 2 days after i paid. And for some reason they thought i should be happy with the rest of the order and only the value of this 8th Anniversary box will be reimbursed! The reason why i placed the order initially was the "[STYLEKOREAN] 8th Anniversary BOX". They are using sales/marketing techniques to cheat on people and then they ask for 14 days reimbursement. Basically they are building the cashflow of their company by using cash of the clients! When i mentioned i will cancel all my order as they cannot decide if i still want anything from them, EVER AGAIN... they tried to say that the order was already shipped! Which was a nonsense. Was showing clearly "in preparation" on their website. Only after i told them i will report them to Police in Korea for fraud they finally decided to cancel my order. However i didn't receive any confirmation of payment yet! DO NOT ORDER FROM STYLEKOREAN! There are other websites more reliable in Korea. Worst experience ever!

Maybe they were good before but not anymore! I ordered since January and it claimed to be shipped but the tracking number is bogus.
Im tired of trying to reach out to them!!!!

This is the first time I purchased from them and they did not make me aware that there will be customs on my order. There's no way to contact them. Horrible service.

The worst website ever ! Please don't order from them ..they delivered an open product where the seal is open and refused to replace it or refund ..scammers please avoid style Korean as an advice..waste of money !!

Totally fraudulent. My order never came, and no matter who I contacted I never heard back or received support. My bank said it was a suspicious charge too.

Style Korean is amazing.. My order to the US arrived in under a week. Everything was packaged perfectly and items arrived undamaged. Selection on the site was plentiful and the prices were very good. If you enjoy K beauty and dislike waiting weeks for items, then I highly recommend you try this site. If I had to list an improvement, then I would say maybe they should include more free samples. My total was about $80.00 US and I received 1 mini face wash and nothing more. Not a deal breaker for me but the samples are a nice way to open a consumer up to various products. I still give this company 10/10 and this is my new preferred site for K beauty..
